I looked at the outline and

- from a training perspective 3 hours is a long time to be online. 3 hours can be long for some people in person.

Online, I would be concerned about keeping people engaged.
I would suggest doing the empathy circle and the design piece separately.
I also suggest letting people pick a design challenge that is exciting for them rather than you choosing what is exciting to you.
