So ... what are the efforts made to the business over the holidays ?

After having a meeting with our professor , we sat down and discussed on what will be our next move for the holidays. We then plan and assign task to each of our teammates.

we decided to approach NTU`s canteen store to ask if they allow us to sell our coffee at their drinks store refrigerator and also to ask if they allow us to rent their place to make our coffee.

As we are doing food related business we must also settle our food license before we can start selling so Gabriel is tasked for this

Meanwhile we will also need to have all our technology up and ready to support our orders and to supporting our marketing efforts therefore we assigned Aditi to make our websites as well as our order forms.

We also planned for the procurement of raw material such as coffee beans and we assigned Joo Kai to do liaise with the supplier to get the best deal out of it

With the raw materials up and ready we also plan to make the first batch of coffee !
