First Meeting with the Alpaca Brewers

It is my privilege to take on this business opportunity with this group of aspiring entrepreneurs who bring fun and progress to this business development.

Understanding my role in this team is important, where driving sales and helping the current business to be marketable is where I believe I can contribute significantly to it. Albeit understanding on how this business model works and its value proposition (illustrated by the group), I felt it was more essential on the perspectives of our prospective customers. It is important to dig deeper and understand on prospective customers.

The first thing that I should research on would be the receptivity of cold brew coffee as a beverage. It is important for me to research more and be able to quantify more accurately on the proportion of our target audience - undergraduates, that would see having cold brew as an essential. More importantly, as I would be focusing on B2B sales, it is more important that i should be research deeper onto other possible groups of prospective customers.

The next thing would be evaluating their receptivity towards cold brew concentrates. Customers value convenience. As such, there is some doubt in that aspect, as customers will have to take extra measures should they prefer enjoying a cup of iced Latte instead of serving of concentrate.

With the progress of information gathering on our logistics, we are certain that our quality of our key ingredients – coffee beans – are undeniably comparable to cafes such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf.
