Before the start of this session, we made preparations for the class by coming up with ideas on our own and doing up feasibility research.

There were three main ones that we were deciding between: e-commerce site, cold brew starter pack and online mobile phone shop. We went through our various ideas with Roderick who gave us helpful pointers to consider. He offered a different perspective into looking at our ideas such as entering from a B2B angle. With his advice and after team discussion, we decided to pivot our ideas and look into cold brew concentrate instead of the starter pack as the cost of material acquisition is relatively high for the starter pack, ranging between $20 - $30. We then decided to take a deeper dive into our ideas before commiting to our final idea as we wanted to make an informed business decision.
