21st Feb- Tracking orders

A lucky day...

As we had our orders come in, a strategy was proposed by Jade to keep track of all of them.

Sales process:

Aditi take the lead for the sales sheet but all of us to turn on notifications for the order form so that we can support her. Notify immediately in this chat if you notice a sales order.

1. Whenever there's a sales order, notify the group immediately so everyone knows and can prep for the sale. Aditi to contact the person with the *Template message to note order* below asap.

2. If you can't make it for the collection time, check in with the group and see if anyone can assist/ try to rearrage. Then confirm venue and location if we can make the delivery.

3. Do a daily check of the sales sheet at 5pm each day to make sure all orders for the day have been noted. So we can prepare at night and deliver it the next day.

*Orders made passed 5pm, let's take it as sales for the next day and deliver the following day cos need time to prepare the coffee.

4. Orders are only confirmed if payment has been made by 7pm. Gab to confirm all payment on his Paylah/ Paynow. After all payment has been confirmed, please send *Template message to confirm payment*.

As seen, I am responsible for notifying the production team about the current orders and to ensure the financials are smooth and the demands are met on time. From previous experiences, what I predict is that the delivery will be pretty time consuming. Hence, a solution was derived where instead of just Adnan and I (B2C Marketing team) to do the delivery, anyone, who is available at that time will be doing it. Hence, making it more optimal.

Hopefully, this strategy proves to be helpful in allocation of task. Cheers to more deliveries and quality time while delivering :).

Moreover, we have a good news. A company called Macqueza, an online curated beauty retailer, reached out to us on instagram to allow us to put our brand in one of their pop up stall for an event. Very excited for this opportunity. For now, we are in the midst of contacting and getting more information about the event.
