Th Short Stint - The Realization

This final episode was to share on the intangible lessons that I learnt and grit my teeth.

I was honestly sad that my previous group had land in the plight, where team members simply left one by one.

The disband was triggered by a heated argument within groupmates over a minute miscommunication.

At the end, I saw groupmates taking sides to leave the group, and it saddens me to witness a serious lack of professional management between the involved parties in the closure of the group.

I learnt the importance of understanding my groupmates more on a personal level, so that I would be of help to manage the situation in a more effective way. I do admit on my part, due to my personal commitment to my academics, I was not able to have the luxury to get to interact with every groupmate.

For this story "The Short Stint", although I felt it was really unfortunate to be able to progress on our motivation through, I am still thankful for the opportunities that presented themselves right before me. Having to get exposure in brand designs, R&D, developing key relationships with organizers to set up a physical shop for Quinoire. These are experiences the required skillsets that not many would be able to have and nurture.

More importantly, as an entrepreneur, I learnt the importance of teamwork and the grit we must have in order to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
