In the need for product diversification on our products, we commited back into our R&D to understand more on more possiblie products that we can sell to our existing and new customers.

Reasons on doing so:

  • Consumers are lazy to mix the concentrate with other mixers
  • Concentrate too bitter

Hence, we came up with 3 more products to be able serve more customers! We pivoted from selling concentrates to selling ready-to-drink coffees.

So far for the next 5 days, we checked on the progress of the decay of our product. Some observation in the following:

  • concentrate tend to settle down at the bottom of the bottom. Shaking before consumption will be necessary.
  • Taste has still been consistent, unless beverage is not refrigerated.

We also came up with a menu that would be more comprehensive for potential customers to have a look and decide on what they would prefer.

We hope to increase our sales generation through reaching out to new customer pools and to serve our existing customers better with more variety of product offerings!
