Feedback

We received feedback from a significant number of people that even though they liked the coffee, they weren’t going to buy it again. I got such feedback mostly from friends who were close because they were willing to be honest with me.

They said that for them it was too cumbersome to store it and then prepare it. They couldn’t just get the coffee when they weren’t in their rooms. They wanted something more fitting to their lifestyle which is mostly spent outside the room.

Back to the drawing board

So we decided to do more R&D on flavours and potentially launch an Alpaca x Oatly product which might give us more traction due to Oatly being hot amongst the youth.

Macqueza

Macqueza’s proposal was also discussed but there is a lot of risk and the concern we have is that they might not be willing to share the risk. There is also concern about the traffic at Robinson's at JEM, especially due to the Covid situation where customers are not stepping out of their homes as much.
