This evening, Gabriel and I aimed to meet the customer requirements that came in from my sales breakthrough. It was a record breaking of 8 bottles in 1 batch!

However, a high demand means a high production. this leads to more man-power required and time required to manage the bigger equipment that we are using now.

On top of that with our recent product diversification, we require more ingredients to fulfill the recipes.

Hence, it is important to plan production ahead strategically to reduce wastes. this is especially from the milks that we use to make our lattes mochas and oatly lattes, while ensuring our customers get the freshest product from us.

This time, we also had a change in our recipe. We received customer feedback that our ready-to drink products were to strong with our cold brew tastes. As such, to take their feeback into account, we reduce the amount of cold brew concentrate to half the bottle's worth (250ml).

A thought came to my mind that for AlpacaBrewery, perhaps we can divide expand production by increasing the manpower that is able to make cold brew. This can increase our outreach to our customers, and reduce our time required in transport.

We hope to serve our customers better this time!
