17th Feb NTUitive Meeting

Meeting Ntuitive

This trip was the second initiative for our B2B . This trip is to get Ntuitive to help us promote our coffee to their events and meetings.

It was at NTUitive by EdgeLab . We had a meeting with Brenda . Still the same tactics , we let her try our cold brew and have her comment on it.She said the coffee tasted ok but she is a Nanyang coffee drinker so she could not give us much feedback then we proceed to introduce our company and also to let her know what is our purpose of this visit which is to see if there is an opportunity to put our coffee on their pantry and also to help us promote our coffee during meetings. She promised to help us as their team so its a good start. Next she also suggested us to give up free coffee to the hospitals this will be a free publicity for our coffee ( indirect marketing ) this has been done by a organisation in Singapore now , usually they will pool 5k money from their group and give to Starbucks/coffee beans . Doctor or nurses that need coffee will just go over to Starbucks and coffee beans to redeem it for free . it will definitely help us feature in the news.

Brenda was also very helpful ! she invited her colleague to who is into coffee to give us more advise on how we can move forward our coffee business . so the usual thing we let him have a taste of our coffee . he tasted it , and comment it is normal. we share about what we shared with Brenda about our company and have him give us some feedback . He suggested us to go to co-working space. reason is because he found out that co-working space has a huge demands for coffee . he suggested us to go to coworking space to promote our coffee this will be rather effective . He also pointed out a few points such as our price point , he introduced a concept of calculating our coffee base on 1 dollar -> ml . he broke down the math for us and we found our that our coffee is actually much more expensive then coffee beans . But they are still very receptive and would help us promote our coffee . I personally think that the co-working space idea is good and would try it next is our price point. we will have to tweak our pricing base on the suggestion he mention to have a stronger arguing power but with all the comments he is very confident that our b2b will be a success
