Improvement on Alpaca's Sales Strategy

In this networking event, I got to understand the importance of Digital Marketing and Branding, and how we can improve our B2C sales strategy.

Some key take-aways:

To actively update and track on Alpaca's instagram page (i.e organic content generation, data-mining etc.) This is beneficial in gaining more knowledge and understanding of our potential customers through social media. Not only will we be able to strengthen our credentials from social media platform, we can reach out to more prospective customers effortlessly!

To consider using TikTok as the next platform to market our cold brew concentrate. Mr Winston (man in red) highlighted the importance in recognizing and adapting to behavioral trends, for sales generation. He used Tik-Tok as an example to show opportunities that Alpaca could take, given the fact that Tiktok is upcoming trendy social media platform and has currently 1.5 million active users and increasing. That being said, Tiktok creates an entertaining atmosphere based on the content shared between users globally. This is where we can market our cold brew that would attract the crowd.

In short, it was a fruitful event, where I understood that there are many way for a business to progress. So it is about taking the most efficient path. At the same time, I also understood some of the important points that have be emphasized again, where it shows a definite action plan that we would take soon!
