Expanded Range & Telegram Sales

Following our customer's feedback and NTUitive meeting, we decided to test new flavors and ratios to expand out product range. We tested a few different types of milk in the market, and all came to agreement that Meiji stood out quite abit in taste, and mixed really well with our coffee range.

Note to self: Drinking more than 2 ltr of coffee in a single seating can make you really high.

However, all these efforts were worth it as the customers really enjoyed our new range of products.

Our launch of telegram sales on the NTU Food Kakis channel allowed us to generate organic sales. I like to consider these customers as "Early adopters" as they are people that are the first people to try out the product, and they are also able to give us honest feedback on our product.

This also gave us new sales experience as these people had specific requests such as wanting the coffee late at night or right before their tutorials.

There were also friends that saw my post on the channel and suddenly had the urge to finally contact me to get some coffee. We hope our expanded range will cater to more people and grow our business in the future!
