It is time to deliver to some our customers who I managed to pitch successfully to from the networking session!

Thankful for their support and their feedback, AlpacaBrewery is able to understand better how we can adapt and stand ourselves better towards our target audience.

Some of the feedback are:

  • Complimentary delivery makes customers to be more receptive into buying coffee, because its convenient to our busy schedules.
  • The latte tastes slightly bland.
  • How many servings are there in this bottle?

I spent a bit of time introducing our product when I delivered to them. A thought came to my mind that we could use the opportunity to connect our existing customers through updating our Instagram page to address these points and at the same time, connect our customers too! To help them understand our product offerings in a more convenient way! Alternatively, we can add more information in our designs of our products.

I believe with this pool of customers, with 4 of them being regular coffee drinkers, we can establish our customer pool to improve the sustainability of our business!

It was a good and engaging day today with our customers!
