Introduction
In Year 9 learners follow three topics: 'Who's responsibility is it to protect us from ill health?' whereby they learn about specific ill-health conditions and their link with diet; 'Introduction to Product Design' where they design and create a clock inspired by design history'; and 'Introduction to Engineering' where they are able to build upon their manufacturing skills and knowledge of materials by making a customised picture/photo frame.
