To be able to recognise a range of workshop tools and equipment.
To be able to use a range of workshop tools and equipment safely and carefully.
1) To be able to know which tool is suitable for a given making process and/or material.
2) So that I am able to use simple making skills to work with a range of tools, processes and materials in order to cut, shape, form and manipulate different materials according to a series of design constraints.

Use the correct tools to shape the wood:
Bench vise
Tenon saw
Rasp
Hand file
Glasspaper / Sandpaper
Disc sander
Your frame will be the correct size.
Your frame will not have any gaps and will be square in each corner.
