Cookers

The department's domestic ovens are situated in the dedicated food preparation suite, classroom 1G1. These are operated by staff and students (under direct teacher supervision).

The ovens are cleaned at the end of each cooking session by staff and students and are switched off at the electrical isolator switches after use.

Room 1G1 undergoes a deep clean by the contractual cleaning staff each week, usually Thursdays.
