Congratulations to Jordan S who proudly represented Evatt Primary School at The ACT Cross Country Championships today.
We are currently seeing a significant increase in students presenting with flu and gastro-like symptoms. As we move through this time of year, it’s not uncommon for illnesses to spread more easily among children and staff.
We kindly ask for your support in keeping our school community as healthy as possible. If your child is unwell, please keep them at home until they have fully recovered. If we contact you during the school day because your child is showing signs of illness, we ask that you collect them promptly and seek medical advice if necessary.
Like you, we want every child to be healthy and learning at school. Sending sick children to school increases the risk of illness spreading and can disrupt learning for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

The MCSS Arts Academy is an after-school arts program through the MCSS Regional Arts Program. This program is designed to deliver workshops in Dance and Drama to primary school children in Years 4 - 6 in the Belconnen Schools Network.
Arts opportunities for our young students are important because they nurture creativity, boost confidence, and support their development. These activities will offer a fun, engaging way for children to express themselves, work collaboratively, develop skills within the performing arts and advertise the Arts programs at MCSS.
