Dear Community Members,
In observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Morocco will be switching to daylight savings time on Sunday, March 10th. Please remember to switch your clocks and devices one hour backward should this time change not be done automatically on your electronic devices. We will communicate the finalized school hours and any relevant information regarding Ramadan observances to you as soon as possible. We are also mindful of the importance of maintaining a sense of community and support while ensuring that the educational experience of all students remains of the highest quality.
We would like to kindly remind you of our school's no Cell Phone policy. As part of our commitment to creating a focused and productive learning environment, we ask for your cooperation in ensuring that students do not bring their phones to school. If they need to contact you for an emergency, the receptionists, or the divisional respective assistants will be able to assist.
As a result of this policy, we have already noticed tremendous positive changes, with the exception of some rare violations. This policy helps minimize distractions, fosters better engagement in lessons, and promotes face-to-face interaction among students and reduces Cyber Bullying. We appreciate your support in enforcing this policy and helping us create a conducive learning environment for all students.
Again, as part of our commitment to respecting the privacy and preferences of all families in our school community, we want to ensure that we honor your wishes regarding the posting of your child/ren's pictures and/ or names on our social media platforms. If you prefer that your child/ren's photos or names not be shared on our social media channels, please let us know by contacting Halima Sarhane at hsarhane@cas.ac.ma
We value your feedback and will ensure that your preferences are respected.
Last but not least, condolences to our former Pre-First Teacher Ms. Samira El Dik for the loss of her husband. Our thoughts are with Mrs. El Dik and her family.
Sincerely yours
John Randolph
