The debate team, led by Mr. Robert Moeny and Mr Eric Rose, our IB English Teacher, will be in Ifrane this weekend to take part in subjects pertaining to Sanctions on countries and Nuclear Topics .
Debates are essential as they sharpen minds, using critical thinking and teach teenagers to take the lead in speaking publicly. We are positive that these young future leaders will represent CAS as responsible global citizens.
In the Fall we’ve organized multiple college Fairs inviting US Universities with campuses in Doha. We were eager to learn more about them to provide more information to our students and parents. Rana Haroun, our college counselor, was invited to visit these universities this past weekend at the following campuses located in Doha, Qatar: Carnegie Mellon University, Texas A&M University, Weill Cornell Medicine University, Georgetown University, Northwestern University, and Virginia Commonwealth University of the Arts.
Ms. Haroun welcomes all students and parents who wish to have more information about these amazing universities!
