NOTIFICATIONS CUSTOMS

Some packages are reviewed by customs on a daily basis, such as revaluations, total and partial withholdings by the corresponding government entities of each country. For these cases, a specific email will be used (assigned to the agent at the destination) where each of the novelties presented will be notified so that the client can be informed of the process to follow.

A revaluation means that the respective government entity does not agree with the declared value of the product and readjusts it, in this case there are two options:

- Accept the adjusted value indicating to us by mail or WhatsApp so that the package follows the delivery process.

- Do not accept the adjustment and make an appeal with the government entity and proceed with the customs processes associated with the operation at destination. It is the responsibility of each agent to manage these procedures for the responsible entities.

Partial or total withholdings: in this case, when a withholding is generated by another entity, the package becomes theirs directly and the process to follow must be validated with the entity that withheld the package. These news are notified as required by the client by the following means of communication: Agent's SAC email, agent's telephone line or agent's WhatsApp.

Due to the fact that each operation at destination has unique procedures for customs management, it is the responsibility of the agent at destination to communicate and request from ANICAM global operations the pertinent

developments for handling extraordinary situations such as those described above.
