It is established that each local team, led by its Country Marketing Lead, will take responsibility for seeking and establishing commercial partnerships with entities, banks, companies, communities, influencers, and other relevant actors in the local market. The goal of these partnerships will be to generate commercial synergies and support each other in a mutually beneficial (win-win) relationship with each partner, in order to enhance commercial results and growth in the specific region.
The Country Marketing Lead must ensure that all collaborations are consistent with the company's strategy and contribute to achieving its commercial goals and objectives.
For example, a partnership could be established with a local bank to offer its customers discounts on the Virtual Mailbox service or free delivery to all cardholders. Another example could be a partnership with a major local economic group so that all its employees can enjoy importing products with special discounts from the United States.
These commercial partnerships can then be reflected in the content schedule of the respective country.
