The delivery of the packages to the last mile providers is the responsibility of the destination agent, as described in the Operational Annex. To ensure package traceability, suppliers must sign a warehouse exit manifest (generated by the system) which will be notified to the customer. This same document is the support for each operation of the positive delivery of the packages to the clients.
