At the beginning of each month, Anicam Colombia will send the content plan, designs, and corresponding editable files for the month to all country teams. This content plan will serve as a reference to adapt the content to each country, taking into account local aspects such as language (for example, tuteo or voseo), relevant events and dates, among others.
There will be global campaigns such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Cyber Week that can be replicated and coordinated in parallel with each country, even sharing designs, dates, and budgets. Each of these campaigns will be discussed well in advance.
Every week, there will be a results report meeting with the global strategic leader, in which the alignment of the contents will be reviewed to ensure that the best possible digital advertising and acquisition practices are being carried out.
