The local teams will be aligned with Anicam's global performance and social media strategy; however, they will have the freedom to adapt these initiatives, taking into account local circumstances, country-specific festivities, and even the characteristics of the local target audience.
At the beginning of each month, the global team will present a detailed strategic brief outlining the initiatives, objectives, and specific plans that each country is expected to focus on. This brief will be accompanied by a content calendar with pieces and videos uploaded to a shared folder, from which each country can download and adapt the content.
The brief will serve as a guide; however, each Country Marketing Lead will have the freedom to present their own initiatives that can be tested locally and potentially implemented in other geographies as well.
A WhatsApp group will be created for each country, including the global and local team. This group will serve as a coordination and consultation channel for the global strategy, allowing for quick and effective communication between teams at all times.
As the global structure grows, it will be necessary to bring several countries together in weekly follow-up meetings, even moving to monthly meetings if any asynchronous results tracking dynamics are coordinated.
