Sometimes, the local team has a previously captured customer database. This database will be made available to Anicam to activate initial communication campaigns and introduce the company's new services and online store.
The first communication will be sent from the tool or from the previous leader's email and should communicate the transfer of services and responsibilities to the Anicam company.
Starting from the second communication, regular Anicam communication channels such as mass email and WhatsApp will be used, with the aim of announcing Anicam's services in the corresponding country and promoting the online store.
Each country will have access to the shared folder of pre-designed banners that can be incorporated into the Anicam Box Express and Anicam Store web pages to start the service in the country.
The global team has created a Launch Campaign proposal that can be adapted to each country. Organic and paid actions are suggested, including a specific budget and schedule.
