SHIPMENT TRACKING 

As part of the operations professional's responsibilities, thorough tracking of shipments with updates is necessary. This process involves constantly monitoring the status and location of these shipments to ensure their effective delivery. At ANICAM, we use specialized tracking tools and systems, as well as communicate with the logistics service providers involved to obtain updates and coordinate necessary actions. Our goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of shipments, overcoming any obstacles or inconveniences that may arise during the process.

To track the current status of a shipment, we first need to verify that the package to be exported is in our custody. For this, we rely on our Administrator, where we have the tools to perform this verification:

Tracking by the administrator.

The search for the shipment can be done using the following options:

• Order Number: ANICAM's pre-alert ID.

• Customer Ref./ PO Number: Our customer's tracking number.

• Package Carrier Guide: International tracking number provided by our last-mile operator.

After conducting the search and locating the shipment in our system, we proceed to access and verify all the information recorded there:

· Here we can observe the dates when the shipment was created, and the date highlighted in green refers to the date when we received the shipment at our ANICAM operation. 

  Tracking GES 

It allows us to verify the movements of the shipment from the moment the guide is created until the shipment is delivered to its destination country. Through this means, the search can only be conducted using the national tracking number or guide number assigned by our customer.

Tracking through our last-mile operators' website

It allows us to perform the search using only the international tracking number, and it shows us in detail each of the movements from the moment the shipment is received in their operation until it is delivered to the destination country.
