Destination operations have their own dialectic of the region in which they are operating, which is why each agent is responsible for the "translation" of messages, campaigns or other elements of communication with customers and the mass media.
For this reason, each agent is responsible for:
- Manage the language with which you will be communicating with clients: translate each graphic or textual element on your channels (web, social networks, etc...) maintaining the objective of the advertising campaign or
the information that Anicam Global intends to disseminate and its subsidiaries.
- Tropicalize idioms, colloquial language and direct communication with the public at destination.
- Standardize the dissemination of recurring information to customers: package status, payment confirmation, package delivery or other additional steps in the process identified as general communication of the Anicam
service.
Additionally, agents will be given a brand manual through the Marketing Annex where the guidelines for the usability of logos, graphic elements and communication elements are detailed.
- Development of AFTERSHIP and SMS: This development was implemented to keep our clients notified of the status of their package and news that may be generated in its transit to its final destination.
