Make sure to provide a detailed and accurate description of the items you are sending, as this can affect the delivery time and shipping fees. It is important to include information such as the quantity and value of the items in Colombian pesos, as well as any relevant additional information, such as whether the package contains fragile or hazardous items.
The system automatically converts the declared value from Colombian Pesos to US Dollars.
Request the necessary information from the sender, such as their identification number, full name, address, state/province, city, phone number, and email address. Also, gather the recipient's information, including their full name, complete address, and phone number.
When entering the document number, you can perform a query to validate if the sender is a previously registered customer, and thus automatically fill in the sender's information.
