TESDA IX represented by Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Director Eulalio Lumactod and other selected staff, joined DSWD's "Pagdiriwang para sa Pantawid Pamilya Graduates ng 2015" held at the Pagadian City Gymnasium. PD Eulalio also served as Guest Speaker, where he talked about the Programs and Services offered by our agency.
