TESDA IX in full support for the upcoming 14th HRSD Conference

The Year 2015 ushers great expectations for the TVET sector in Mindanao as we brace for the implementation of the K to 12 basic education reform and the 2015 ASEAN Integration and Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA) for Qualifications.

In this connection, TESDA IX is pleased to inform everyone that the Mindanao Technical-Vocational Association (MinTVET), Mindanao Training Providers, TESDA Officials and all TVET stakeholders of Mindanao will once again convene for the 14th Human Resource and Skills Development (HRSD) on September 3-5, 2015 at the Dakak Park and Beach Resort, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, with the theme, "The TVET2TESD Journey: Multiple Pathways, ONE Destination".

The event will be hosted by the Region-IX association of TVET Institutions (RATVETI) of Zamboanga Peninsula in collaboration with TESDA Region IX headed by Rev. Fr. Nathaniele A. Denlaoso and Dr. Lorenzo G. Macapili, respectively.

The 14th HRSD Conference timely respond to the pressing issues and challenges surronding technical-vocational education and training nowadays.
