TESDA IX completes TWSP in Machining

Eighteen beneficiaries of the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) recently held a graduation program for Machining NC II at the Conference Room, TESDA IX, Zamboanga City last August 12, 2015. Present for the occasion were ROD Chief Engr. Alan T. Bacatan, RFASD Chief Jocelyn C. Wee, Senior TESD Specialist Nelly H. Macapili and RTC Caretaker Geronimo A. Bandico who gave inspirational messages to the graduates. Also present were TESDA Accountant Rosalito J. Sultan and ROD Staff and trainer Alfredo de Leon.

A video presentation was shown on the progress of the graduates during and after training. They also presented the different accomplishments and finished product applying the competencies they learned during the training.

After the inspirational messages were delivered and the video presentation, some of the beneficiaries gave their impressions and testimonials regarding the scholarship and training program.

One of the beneficiaries, Jemar Bernadez, shared during his testimonial about his apprehensions in finishing the training but realized that the training would help him in finding a good paying job. He thanked Sec. Joel Villanueva for distributing the scholarship and training vouchers and TESDA IX for implementing the program.
