Pagadian commemorates its Charter Day

The City Government of Pagadian celebrated its 46^th Araw ng Pagadian commemorating Pagadian’s ascendancy into becoming a chartered city. The event is marked annually with festivities like agro-trade fair, civic military parade, nightly program at Plaza Luz, sports fest, search for Mutya ng Pagadian, clean-up drives, cultural and variety shows.

TESDA IX, represented by Regional Director Lorenzo G. Macapili and staff from the Regional Office and the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office, joined in the civic-military parade which went through Pagadian’s main thoroughfares.

A program was held at the city’s gymnasium where the keynote speaker was Senator Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. who praised Pagadian City’s local officials in his speech.
