TESDA IX supports Caraga Region's Technology Mission on Rubber

DTI-CARAGA conducted its Technology Mission on Rubber from June 24-26, 2015 at Zamboanga Sibugay and Zamboanga City. The mission was composed of 12 participants from the private sector, which include rubber nursery operators, rubber farmers, processors and traders, and from DOST-13, TESDA-13 and DA-13.

Part of the group's itinerary was a visit to TESDA-Regional Office IX on its 3rd day which was supported and spearheaded by the TESDA-IX ROD Chief, Engr. Alan T. Bacatan and Competency Assessment and Certification (CAC) Focal, Ms. Liza C. Babaran.

The main purpose of the mission was to learn how NC II Program for rubber workers is being implemented in Zamboanga City.
