19 Sukhetam
A 22-day Teahouse Trek from Sukhetar to Kanchenjunga S-BC and then via SeleLa pass to Kanchenjunga N-BC and back to Taplejung in Eastern Nepal.

Trek Day - 19 Trek from Thangyani to Sukhetam
On 2nd Nov 2015 - After breakfast, we left Thangyani at 8:00AM and started trek through thick forests climbing up and down a bit staying mostly along the river.
We stopped for rest briefly at a Chang Shop before Amjilosa
One hour beyond Amjilosa ... near a Truss bridge crossing a stream
At 3:45PM we cross this long suspension bridge
After a long days walk we finally reached Sukhetam at 4:00PM. The Teahouses there were on nice location on a grassy meadow next to the river. It was indeed a very enjoyable and relaxing evening here at Suhetam .. to sit on the grassy-lawn drinking a cold beer .. after the many days of long walks!

We are nearing Amjilosa at 9:45AM ... but still way ahead

We reach Sukhetam at 4:00PM ... on a grassy meadow by the river ... with decent Teahouses and shops selling stuff including beer.
