09 Dovan

We left Chomrung at 8:45AM after breakfast and started going down to the river below on granite-slab steps all the way down. I counted 2000 steps approx. easy going down but return may be tough. I realised Chomrung is a big place with lots of homestays and homes. It looks like gateway-town to ABC; just like Namche Bazar is to EBC.

We crossed the bridge at 8:45AM and then continued climbing up all the way first to Lower Sinuwa (10:20AM) and the Reached Upper Sinuwa at 11:30AM where we stopped at the first teahouse with a view of Valley & Machhepuchhare to have a glass of Lemon Tea.

We walked through some nice dense forest before reaching Bamboo at 1:30AM. We had tea and waited for lunch to be ready. We left Bamboo at 2:30 and walked through past many waterfalls and streams and bamboo forests and reached Dovan at 3:35PM and decide to stay here for the night. We stayed there at Hotel Hill-Top. It was crowded there with a group 20+ Australian School Kids. But I got a Room at the back where it was quiet.
