After an hour's bumpy ride we reached Galeswor .... where we crossed the Raghughat Khola over this suspension bridge .... to catch a 'taxi' to Beni on the other side.
We hoped to catch a bus to Pokhara ... instead we got a direct overnight bus to Kathmandu. Mithoo in front of that bus, waiting for the departure at 5:00 pm ... the bus reached Kathmandu by 5:00am next day

Day-13 Marpha to Kalopani-Lete.... via Tukuche, Khobang, Larjung & Kokethanthi - 6 Hrs trek along the 'windy' Kali Gandaki valley - 19 Kms & Ascent of 11 m
Outside "Hotel Sunrise" at Marpha, where we stayed. At 6:30am my porter Mithoo is all packed and ready, to start the Day-13 trek to Kalopani-Lete

Day-14 Kalopani/Lete to Rukse Chharha ... via Ghasa 5 Hrs trek of 16 Kms (approx)

At 2:00 pm reached Tipliyang; from here a Share Jeep which will take us to Galeswor ...... so thats the end of the trekking part !
Reaching Beni at 4:00pm we crossed one last suspension bridge on foot over the Kali Gandaki .... to get to the Beni Bus Stand.

1st November 2006 8:30 am .... Outside the Jet Airways office in Kathmandu ... to book a flight back to Delhi and then onward to Mumbai, India.
