7th December 2006 - I left Bhopal at 6:15 am and drove down NH-12 to Obaidullahganj and then NH-69 to Hoshangabad & Pipariya & south to Panchmarhi. The road beyond Hoshangabad was excellent, all the way to Pachmarhi. I reached at 11:15 am and after some looking around, took a room in Amrapali Hotel at Rs 300/- per day. Later in the afternoon and whole of next day (8-Dec-2005) toured all the Pachmarhi sights taking a local guide with me in the car. The pictures below and opposite show some of the temples, caves and other sights in Pachmarhi.

Bee Falls 8th Decemberc 2005: Spent the whole of today in Pachmarhi driving around the various sights in and around Pachmarhi. The weather was nice and a cool 8-9*C in the evenings. Tomorrow plan to head towrads Kanha.
