Background
Was planning for a November trek in Nepal and considering Renjo-La and Gokyo. But when I consulted Suman Neupane of Asian Hiking Team in Kathmandu, he suggested a quiet and rarely visited cultural trek in villages of the middle hills in Ganesh Himal. His suggested itinerary would take me east to west, starting from Syafrubesi (Langtang area) and end in Arughat (in Manaslu area) with chance to see snow peaks in Tibet from Nagthali while visiting Tamang Heritage villages and the Ganesh Himal Peaks from Ruby Valley villages. Thus I decided to do his route ... and ended enjoying an awesome quiet trek in these two areas.
Trek Summary:
The Trek turned out to be more or less as expected. But slightly more tougher than I expected with lots of Ups and downs. And two very long days.

04/11 – Kathmandu to Shyabru Besi by Local Share Jeep (9 hours), overnight at Hotel Sunrise GH in Syabrubesi
05/11 – Shyabru Besi to Briddim 2229m, 4-5 hours, overnight tea house - Pema GH
06/11 – Briddim to Thugman (2300m), 4-5 hours overnight Potala GH tea house.
07/11 – Thugman - Nagthali 3200m, 4-5 hours, overnight at Nagthali Superview GH
08/11 – Nagthali, Tatopani, Chilime, Goljun, Bahundanda, Parbati-Kunda 2610m, 8-9 Hours, overnight at Ruvy Valley GH in PB KUnda
09/11 – Rest day & visit to Gatlang and back, 4 Hr overnight at same GH in Parbati Kunda

10/11 - Parvati Kunda - Yuri Kharka - Somdang 3271m (7-8 hours treks), overnight at Somedang Valley Homestay
11/11 - Somdang - Pangsang Pass 3842m (7-8 hrs) to Tipling, overnight at Tipling Homestay.
12/11 - Tipling - Shertung 1920m (4 hours), overnight at Ganesh Himal Hotel.
13/11 – Shertung to Borang 1700m (4-5 hours), overnight at Lama Hotel teahouse
14/11 - Borang to Upper Lapa-Gaon 2025m (4-5 hrs), overnight at Anjali Teahouse near School
15/11 - Lapa-Gaon to (Samchet) Magne Goth 2950m to Dorba (12-13 hours), overnight a Bhatti-teahouse on road.

18/11 - Baseri to Kathmandu by bus 6-30am to 2-30pm, overnight at Thamel hotel
