Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application WAX ASMR ("App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

Article 2. Service Description

WAX ASMR is an entertainment application designed to provide users with relaxing ASMR experiences centered around wax, textures, sounds, and interactive visual content.

The App may provide:

Interactive wax and ASMR experiences
A variety of wax types, textures, colors, and themes
Different sound effects and visual effects associated with wax interactions
Unlockable wax types and premium content
Progress or collection features related to available wax content
Local storage of certain App settings and progress information
Advertisements for free-tier users
A premium subscription that provides access to premium features and removes advertisements

What the App Does NOT Provide

The App is intended solely for entertainment and relaxation purposes.

The App does NOT:

Provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional treatment
Guarantee any particular relaxation, sleep, stress-reduction, or other health benefit
Represent that ASMR content is a substitute for professional medical or psychological care
Guarantee that every sound, visual effect, or interactive experience will be suitable for every user
Require users to create an account unless otherwise explicitly stated within the App

Article 3. Nature of ASMR Content

WAX ASMR provides simulated and interactive ASMR experiences for entertainment and relaxation.

The sounds, animations, textures, wax effects, and other content presented in the App are digitally created or simulated experiences. They are not intended to represent actual physical wax products, materials, or professional demonstrations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Individual users may respond differently to ASMR sounds and visual stimuli. The Developer does not guarantee that use of the App will produce relaxation, sleep, stress reduction, concentration, or any other particular physical or psychological effect.

Users should stop using the App if any sound, visual effect, or other content causes discomfort, dizziness, headaches, anxiety, or other unwanted effects.

Article 4. In-App Subscription (WAX ASMR Premium)

WAX ASMR may offer an optional auto-renewing premium subscription ("WAX ASMR Premium") purchased through the Google Play Store billing system.

By purchasing WAX ASMR Premium, you acknowledge and agree that:

Subscription Benefits

WAX ASMR Premium may provide access to premium wax types, premium content, premium features, and an ad-free experience, as described on the purchase screen at the time of subscription.

The specific features and content included in Premium may change from time to time.

Billing and Renewal

The subscription automatically renews at the price and billing interval displayed at the time of purchase unless canceled in accordance with Google Play's subscription cancellation requirements.

Your Google Play account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store subscription settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play policy, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

Refunds

Payments are processed through Google Play.

The Developer does not directly process subscription payments or issue refunds. Refund requests must be handled through Google Play's applicable refund procedures and policies.

Price Changes

The Developer may change the subscription price for future billing periods.

Where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, users will receive appropriate notice of price changes and may cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect.

Loss of Premium Access

If a subscription expires, is canceled and reaches the end of its billing period, or payment fails, access to Premium-only content and the ad-free experience may end, and the App may revert to its free-tier functionality.

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

Certain App data, including user preferences, progress, unlocked content, settings, or locally stored information, may be stored on the user's device.

Where applicable, locally stored data may be deleted when the App is uninstalled, device data is cleared, or the user uses an in-app deletion feature.

The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal profile information solely to use the basic App functionality, unless otherwise stated within the App.

Subscription and purchase entitlement information may be processed by Google Play and the App's subscription management provider, including Adapty, for the purpose of verifying and managing Premium access.

Such information may include purchase, subscription, device, or entitlement-related data necessary to provide the service.

For detailed information regarding personal data collection, use, storage, and third-party services, please refer to the WAX ASMR Privacy Policy.

Article 6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and subscriptions
Google AdMob for displaying advertisements to free-tier users
Adapty for subscription management and entitlement verification
Other third-party SDKs or services necessary to operate, analyze, maintain, or improve the App

These third-party services may collect or process device identifiers, purchase information, usage information, diagnostics, or other data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.

The Developer is not responsible for the independent data practices, availability, or policies of third-party service providers.

Article 7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the App only for lawful personal entertainment purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with the App
Not attempt to bypass advertisements, Premium restrictions, purchase verification, or other access controls
Not scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's content, sounds, animations, designs, or features without permission
Not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality to obtain Premium content or other benefits without authorization
Not use automated systems or unauthorized tools to interfere with the App or its services
Comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the App

Article 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

The Developer is not responsible for any particular relaxation, sleep, concentration, or other result arising from the use of the App.

The Developer is not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, device incompatibility, loss of locally stored data, third-party service failures, or issues relating to third-party payment processors, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the App and, where applicable, cancel your Premium subscription through Google Play.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, source code, user interface, visual design, animations, sounds, wax designs, themes, graphics, names, logos, features, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Corp. Exciting.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the App without the Developer's prior written permission.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Article 10. Service Changes

The Developer may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, wax type, sound, theme, progression system, advertisement format, or Premium benefit at any time.

The Developer may also temporarily suspend certain features for maintenance, technical reasons, security reasons, or other operational purposes.

Where reasonably necessary, the Developer may make changes without prior notice.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified service.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

If material changes are made, the Developer may provide notice through the App or other reasonable means where appropriate.

Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.

Overview

WAX ASMR ("App") is an entertainment application that provides relaxing and interactive ASMR experiences centered around wax textures, sounds, visual effects, and themed content.

WAX ASMR is designed with a privacy-conscious architecture:

No account or sign-up is required
Personal information is not required to use the App
App preferences and certain progress data may be stored locally on your device
Subscription and purchase information is processed through Google Play and Adapty
Advertisements for free-tier users are provided through Google AdMob

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, stored, and processed when you use WAX ASMR.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Corp. Exciting does not intentionally collect or store the following information on its own servers:

❌ Your account credentials, because WAX ASMR does not require an account

❌ The contents of your personal files or documents

❌ Your contacts

❌ Your photos, videos, or other personal media files unless you explicitly provide access for a feature that requires it

❌ Your precise GPS location

❌ Your bank account information or full payment card information

❌ Biometric information

WAX ASMR does not require users to provide personal information simply to use the App.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Certain App information may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality and preserve your preferences.

This may include:

This locally stored information is used to operate the App and is not intended to be accessible by the Developer.

Depending on your device and the App's implementation, locally stored information may be deleted when you uninstall the App, clear the App's storage, or use an applicable in-app deletion function.

3. No Account Required

WAX ASMR does not require you to create an account, sign up, or log in to use the App.

We do not maintain a user profile containing your name, email address, or other directly identifying account information.

Certain third-party services used by the App may use anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers for purposes such as advertising, subscription management, analytics, fraud prevention, or service operation.

These identifiers are controlled and processed by the applicable third-party service provider according to its own privacy policy.

4. Subscription and Purchase Data

WAX ASMR may offer an optional premium subscription ("WAX ASMR Premium") that provides access to premium content and features, including an ad-free experience where applicable.

Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing and may be managed using Adapty.

Information Processed

Google Play and Adapty may process information necessary to:

Confirm whether a subscription is active, expired, canceled, or otherwise valid
Verify Premium entitlement
Process subscription purchases and renewals
Restore Premium access
Maintain subscription-related records

Payment Information

Payment information, including payment card details, is handled by Google Play and its payment infrastructure.

Corp. Exciting does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or other complete payment credentials.

Anonymous or Pseudonymous Identifiers

Adapty may use an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier associated with the App installation or purchase to verify and restore subscription entitlement.

Such identifiers are not intentionally used by Corp. Exciting to identify you by name or to associate your subscription with personal information such as your email address.

Subscription information is used for subscription management and Premium entitlement verification and is not intentionally used by Corp. Exciting for advertising purposes.

5. Advertising

WAX ASMR may use Google AdMob to display advertisements to users of the free version of the App.

Google AdMob may collect and process information such as:

Advertising ID
Device type
Operating system and version
Approximate location, such as country or region
Ad impressions and interactions
App and advertising-related information
Other information described in Google's applicable policies

This information is collected and processed by Google according to Google's privacy policies.

Corp. Exciting does not control the information independently collected by Google AdMob.

Users with an active WAX ASMR Premium subscription may not receive advertisements within the App, depending on the Premium benefits currently offered.

You may also manage advertising preferences through the settings provided by your device and Google.

6. Third-Party Services

WAX ASMR may use third-party services to operate, maintain, monetize, and improve the App.

These services may include:

Google Play Billing

Used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Adapty

Used to manage subscription status, verify Premium entitlements, and support subscription-related functionality.

Google AdMob

Used to display advertisements to free-tier users.

These third-party providers may independently collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

The Developer does not control the privacy practices of these third-party services.

7. Data Retention

The retention period depends on the type of information involved.

Uninstalling WAX ASMR or clearing its local storage may permanently delete locally stored App data.

However, uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete information held independently by third-party providers, such as Google Play, AdMob, or Adapty.

8. Data Security

Corp. Exciting takes reasonable measures to protect information handled through the App.

The App is designed to minimize the collection of personal information and does not require a user account for its core functionality.

Locally stored App data is maintained within the storage environment provided by the user's device and operating system.

Subscription and payment processing is handled through established third-party services, including Google Play Billing and Adapty.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the features available in your version of the App, you may:

✔ Use the App without creating an account

✔ Delete locally stored App data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App

✔ Manage or cancel your Premium subscription through Google Play Store subscription settings

✔ Manage advertising preferences through your device or Google settings

✔ Stop using the App at any time

10. Children's Privacy

WAX ASMR is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

11. International Data Processing

Certain third-party services used by WAX ASMR, including Google Play, Google AdMob, and Adapty, may process information in countries outside your country of residence.

Such processing is performed by the respective third-party providers according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Corp. Exciting does not operate a system intended to collect and permanently store users' personal profiles or payment card information.

12. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Because WAX ASMR uses third-party services, those services may collect and process information independently.

Where appropriate, significant changes may be communicated through the App or the Google Play Store listing.

Your continued use of WAX ASMR after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
