guarantee uninterrupted playback or perfect timer accuracy,
provide parental-control-grade enforcement or guaranteed restriction outcomes.

that LockTube will work identically across all devices, OS versions, or vendor-specific UI/permission systems,
any loss of time, productivity, focus outcomes, or user decisions based on timer/lock behavior,
issues caused by third-party content, ads, recommendations, or platform-side changes,
any device behavior such as battery use, heat, performance changes, or OS-level interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team EXCITING bears no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of LockTube, including but not limited to:

missed stops or delayed stops,
unexpected interruptions, crashes, or UI overlaps,
disputes or losses resulting from reliance on the app’s controls.

Use of LockTube is at your own risk.

4. Data & Privacy

LockTube is designed to operate primarily as an on-device utility. In general:

The app does not require an account or login.
The app does not upload your viewing controls or preference history to Team EXCITING servers by default.
Core features are intended to run locally on your device.
