Article 2. Service Description Ask Dr. AI is a reference-purpose app that provides health and medical information using artificial intelligence technology.
Features provided by the App:
AI-based health question answering and information provision
General medical information on symptoms, conditions, medications, and more

What the App does NOT provide:
Official medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment
Affiliation with or official services from medical institutions, healthcare professionals, or pharmaceutical companies
Real-time personal health data analysis or emergency medical services
Any service that replaces professional medical consultation
Article 3. Restrictions for Minors Users under the age of 18 must use this App only under the guidance and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When a minor uses the App, the minor's guardian is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and assumes responsibility for the minor's use. We shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a minor's use of the App without proper parental supervision.
Article 4. Medical Disclaimer and Reference-Only Notice All information provided by the App is intended solely for general health reference purposes and cannot, under any circumstances, replace the diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
Ask Dr. AI is not a medical institution, and the App's responses do not constitute medical practice
AI-generated information is based on pre-learned patterns and knowledge, and may not accurately apply to your individual medical circumstances
All final judgments and decisions regarding symptoms, conditions, and treatments must be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
In cases of suspected medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or visit the nearest emergency medical facility
You bear full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on information provided by the App
Article 5. Content Disclaimer All features, designs, visual elements, and content within the App have been independently created by Corp. Exciting.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The AI service is trained on a large number of online sources worldwide, and the accuracy or origin of such sources cannot always be clearly verified
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and may not be applicable to specific situations
The AI service relies on information provided by the user and does not have access to personal context or real-time information, which may affect the accuracy of responses
Information provided through the App should be independently verified before being acted upon
Article 6. Data Storage and Privacy
AI Input Data Processing The AI features within the App are powered by Meta's Llama open-source model. Data entered by users is processed in accordance with the applicable usage policies of the model. To protect your privacy, we strongly recommend that you refrain from entering sensitive personal identifying information such as your full name, national ID number, or contact details while using the App.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of App content is strictly prohibited.
Article 11. Service Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features of the App at any time without prior notice, including AI models, response logic, and other content. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Article 12. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available within the App or on the developer's website.
Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

App settings stored on-device only

The only data collected and transmitted externally is the device advertising ID for advertising purposes

2. Data We Collect
A. Data We Do NOT Collect Corp. Exciting does not collect or store the following:

Health-related questions and conversation content entered by the user are never transmitted to developer servers

An internet connection is not required for core AI features (excluding ad display)
4. Third-Party Services Ask Dr. AI uses the following third-party services:

Advertising Networks The App may display ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may receive your device's advertising ID for the purpose of serving ads. Corp. Exciting does not share any personal information or behavioral data with these networks beyond the advertising ID.
No third-party analytics SDKs or behavioral tracking libraries are integrated into the App.

9. International Data Processing Ask Dr. AI does not internationally transfer user data to external servers operated by Corp. Exciting. All core app features, including AI functionality, are processed locally on the user's device.
The advertising ID, which is the only data collected and transmitted externally by us, is processed by third-party advertising networks operating under their own international data policies. Corp. Exciting does not control or access this data after transmission.
10. Accuracy of AI Responses Ask Dr. AI provides health-related information based on the Llama open-source model and information entered by the user. Corp. Exciting does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated responses displayed in the App.
All information provided by the AI is intended for reference purposes only and cannot, under any circumstances, replace the diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional

Decisions made based on AI health information provided by the App and their consequences
Health or medical damages arising from use of the App
Data practices of third-party advertising networks
Platform-level data processing by Google Play or the Apple App Store
