1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Stox (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App. Continued use of the App after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Overview of Service
Stox is a free market information and analysis app that displays US stock market data, portfolio tracking tools, comparative asset analysis, and quantitative/fundamental indicators. Features may change without prior notice.

3. Not Investment Advice
Stox is an independent information app and is NOT a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content within the App — including price data, charts, quant indicators (RSI, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic, momentum/mean-reversion statistics), fundamental metrics (P/E, P/B, P/S, PEG, ROE, debt ratios, F-Score), comparative reports, and market news — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a target price. Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results. All investment decisions and their outcomes are solely your own responsibility.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy
Market data, quotes, historical prices, and fundamental data displayed in Stox are sourced from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. Team EXCITING does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed and is not liable for decisions made based on such data.

5. Portfolio and Comparison Data
Your portfolio entries (purchase dates, prices, quantities) and saved comparison reports are stored locally on your device only. Team EXCITING has no means of accessing this locally stored data and does not verify the accuracy of user-entered information. Uninstalling the App may permanently delete this local data, depending on your device's operating system and backup settings.

6. Data Collection and Privacy
(a) Data We Collect
The only data collected by Stox is a device identifier used for serving in-app advertisements. This data is processed by third-party advertising providers and is used solely for ad delivery purposes.

(b) Data We Do Not Collect
Stox does not collect, store, transmit, or share the following:

• Your portfolio holdings, purchase history, or financial information

• Your location or GPS data

• Any personal information beyond the device identifier used for advertising

• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking data beyond standard app diagnostics

(c) Third-Party Advertising
The App displays ads served by third-party advertising providers (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin, Liftoff). These providers may collect device identifiers for ad-targeting purposes under their own privacy policies. Team EXCITING does not control the data practices of these advertising providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and appropriate manner. The following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse-engineering, exploiting, or attempting to bypass the App's systems

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or extract data from the App

• Redistributing, reselling, or republishing App content, including quant reports or comparison analyses, as your own

• Misrepresenting App content as licensed investment advice to any third party

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any copyrighted content from the App without authorization

8. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to social media platforms, external websites, or third-party data providers. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App — including its design, quant analysis methodology, and written content — are owned by or licensed to Team EXCITING. These Terms grant you a limited, personal license to use the App for its intended purpose and do not transfer any other rights, title, or interest.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team EXCITING disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of financial data, and uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Team EXCITING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any investment losses — arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information displayed within it.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team EXCITING and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, or any consequences resulting from your use of the App, including investment decisions made based on App content.

13. Modifications and Termination
Team EXCITING may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Team EXCITING regarding the App.

1. Overview
Stox ("the App") is a market information and analysis app that displays US stock market data, portfolio tracking, comparative asset analysis, and quantitative/fundamental indicators. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have. Stox is built with privacy in mind, collecting only the minimum data necessary to operate the App.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
Team EXCITING does not operate any server for the purpose of collecting personal user data. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Your name, phone number, address, or other personally identifiable information

• Your location or GPS data

• Your portfolio holdings, purchase history, or saved comparison reports beyond what is stored locally

• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or payment information

• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or crash reports beyond standard app diagnostics

3. Market Data Requests
To display stock quotes, charts, news, and fundamental data, the App sends requests to third-party market data providers. These requests do not include any personally identifiable information — only the ticker symbols and data ranges needed to display the requested information. Team EXCITING does not control the data practices of these third-party data providers.

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device to provide app functionality:

• Portfolio entries (purchase dates, prices, quantities) and calculated average cost/profit-loss

• Saved comparison reports and their settings

• Currency, language, and theme preferences

• Watchlist selections

All of this local data is managed entirely by your device's operating system. Team EXCITING has no means of accessing this data at any point. Uninstalling the App may delete all local data, depending on your device's OS behavior and backup settings.

5. Advertising and Device Identifiers
The App displays ads served by third-party advertising providers (Google AdMob, AppLovin, Liftoff). For the sole purpose of ad delivery, these providers may process your device's advertising identifier (Android AAID / iOS IDFA) and basic device information. This is the only data collection that occurs in connection with the App. Team EXCITING does not receive, access, or store your advertising ID or any ad-related data on its own servers. All advertising data handling is governed entirely by the privacy policies of the third-party advertising providers. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

6. App Permissions
Stox requests the following device permissions:

• Internet: Required to fetch market data, news, and to serve advertisements.

• Notifications (optional): Required only if you enable price alerts or reminders.

Stox does not request access to camera, contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, location, or any other permissions beyond the above.

7. App Content
Stox incorporates original content created by Team EXCITING, including its quantitative analysis methodology, fundamental analysis explanations, and comparison report logic. Market data, quotes, and news displayed within the App are sourced from third-party providers and are not owned by Team EXCITING. If you believe any content within Stox infringes your rights, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com with relevant details, and we will review and respond within 30 days.

8. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as underlying connections to third-party market data providers. If you access these links or the App fetches data from these providers, your device connects directly to those services, and their respective privacy policies will apply. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party services.

9. Data Retention

• On-device data: Retained until you delete individual entries, reset the App, or uninstall it.

• Market data requests: Not retained by Team EXCITING; governed by the retention policies of third-party data providers.

• Advertising data: Governed entirely by the retention policies of third-party advertising providers.

• Location data: The App does not collect location data of any kind.

10. Security
Stox relies on platform-level protections, including sandboxed app storage, OS-level permission controls, and HTTPS encryption for all network requests. Because the App stores portfolio and personal financial entries locally rather than on a server, and transmits no personally identifiable information, privacy risk is kept to a minimum.

11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children below the age of consent required by applicable local law. If you believe a child may have used the App and transmitted data, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

12. Your Rights and Choices
You may at any time:

• Change your app settings (theme, language, currency) from the Settings screen

• Delete or edit portfolio entries and saved comparison reports directly within the App

• Uninstall the App to delete all local data

• Reset or restrict your advertising ID from your device settings

• Decline to access any third-party links

Because Team EXCITING does not store personal data on its own servers, we are unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests for data we do not hold. For data processed by third-party advertising or market data providers, please refer to their respective policies and opt-out procedures.

13. GDPR and CCPA Disclosures

• GDPR (EU/EEA): Team EXCITING does not process personal data on its own servers. Any GDPR-relevant data processing is limited to that performed by third-party advertising and market data providers under their own compliance frameworks and consent mechanisms.

• CCPA/CPRA (California): Team EXCITING does not sell personal information. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's advertising ID settings.

14. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or third-party policy changes. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
