By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Manda Bem is an AI-powered communication assistant designed to help users craft confident, natural, and effective messages in dating and social situations.

The App provides:

• AI-generated responses based on user-submitted messages or situations

• Multiple reply variations across different tones (e.g., playful, bold, witty, charming, sincere)

• Context-based suggestions to improve communication clarity and impact

• Tools to save, manage, and reuse messages and conversation history

What the App Does NOT Provide

The App does NOT:

• Act as a dating service, matchmaking platform, or messaging provider

• Send messages on behalf of users or access personal conversations

• Guarantee outcomes in relationships or communication results

• Provide psychological, emotional, or relationship counseling services

Article 3. Communication & Content Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated communication suggestions based on user input.

You acknowledge that:

• All suggestions are generated by AI and may vary in tone, accuracy, or appropriateness

• The App is NOT affiliated with any messaging platforms, dating apps, or social services

• The App does NOT control or influence how messages are received by others

• The App does NOT guarantee responses, outcomes, or relationship success

The App is intended to assist users in expressing themselves more effectively and exploring different communication styles.
Users are solely responsible for how they use the generated content.

Article 4. AI Service & Limitations

The App uses AI technology to generate responses and suggestions.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies

• Outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only

• Results may vary depending on user input and context

• The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

1. Local Data Storage
All user data — including inputs, saved messages, and conversation history — is stored locally on your device only.
The Developer does not store personal user data on its servers.

2. AI Processing
To provide AI functionality:

• Only the text of user inputs may be processed

• This data is handled in an anonymized form without direct personal identifiers

• Text may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for response generation

3. No Personal Identification

• The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly provided

• The Developer does not have the ability to identify users as individuals

• Third-party AI services do not receive identifiable user identity data

4. Data Usage Restrictions
The Developer does NOT:

• Sell or share personal data

• Use user data for advertising profiling

• Store user conversations on external servers

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

• Only minimal anonymized text is processed for AI functionality
