Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyDub ("App"), developed and provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using MyDub, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information and media files are handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any consent required under applicable privacy laws.
MyDub is a video dubbing, voice transformation, and media editing application designed to help users create and customize video content.
Depending on your device and App version, MyDub allows you to:
Import supported video, audio, and image files.
Record voiceovers and add dubbing to videos.
Apply voice filters and sound effects.
Adjust dubbing timing and audio volume.
Trim videos and change playback speed.
Adjust video aspect ratios and presentation formats.
Add custom opening and ending images.
Preview edited content and export completed videos.
Save or share content through supported device features.
MyDub focuses on accessible video dubbing and content creation. It is not a professional post-production suite and does not guarantee compatibility with every editing workflow.
Voice filters use audio signal processing and do not constitute AI voice cloning or a guarantee of reproducing any particular person's voice.
The App does not provide system-wide voice replacement or live telephone-call voice modification.
Available features, formats, recording limits, export resolutions, and processing performance may vary by device, operating system, and App version.
MyDub is not intended for children under 13, or under 14 in the Republic of Korea. Any higher minimum age required by applicable local law applies.
Minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with applicable age restrictions and local regulations.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in videos, recordings, images, and other content imported into or created through MyDub.
Using MyDub does not transfer ownership of your original content to the Developer.
You may use your edited or exported content for personal or commercial projects, including social media, educational materials, promotional videos, and other lawful purposes, provided that you possess all necessary rights and permissions.
The Developer does not charge an additional royalty merely because you have used a built-in voice filter or editing function.
However, editing or transforming material does not grant ownership of third-party intellectual property.
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, or consents necessary to use, record, modify, publish, or commercially distribute the underlying content.
We do not guarantee copyright protection, monetization eligibility, or acceptance of exported content by any third-party platform.
You must respect the privacy, identity, reputation, and other legal rights of individuals appearing or speaking in your content.
A voice filter, dubbing effect, image edit, or other transformation does not eliminate the need for legally required consent.
You must not use MyDub to falsely imply that another person has spoken, participated, approved, or endorsed content.
You must not impersonate another person for fraud, deception, harassment, or other unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization when using another person's voice, likeness, performance, or identifiable personal information.
MyDub does not guarantee that transformed audio will prevent recognition of the original speaker.
You must not use MyDub to:
Create, modify, or distribute unlawful content.
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Commit fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive misrepresentation.
Create misleading recordings that falsely attribute statements to another person.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or exploit others.
Create or distribute unlawful intimate or exploitative content.
Record private conversations without consent where consent is legally required.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with the App's operation.
Manipulate advertisements, circumvent security controls, or abuse monetization systems.
Reverse engineer, redistribute, or unlawfully copy protected App components, except where permitted by law or applicable licenses.
Users are solely responsible for the legality of the source material and the content they create or distribute, subject to the Developer's responsibilities under applicable law.
MyDub's core editing functions are designed to process media locally on your device.
Processing time and output quality depend on factors including:
Device processing power and available memory.
Source video and audio quality.
File size, codec, format, and duration.
Selected voice effects and editing settings.
Available device storage and operating system restrictions.
Some files may be incompatible or may not export successfully.
Voice filters may produce distortion, changes in pitch, or other artifacts depending on the source recording and selected processing settings.
Video rendering may result in changes to image quality, audio synchronization, file size, or metadata.
We do not guarantee lossless processing, identical playback across devices, or successful export under every condition.
Users should preview their work and retain separate copies of important source files.
MyDub may be offered free of charge and may display advertising in versions where advertising is enabled.
Advertisements may be delivered by Google AdMob or other advertising partners configured for the relevant App version.
Advertising-related information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Advertisements and externally linked services are operated by third parties. Displaying an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service.
If paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions become available, their prices, functionality, and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Any applicable refund, cancellation, renewal, or consumer protection rights will be governed by the purchasing platform's terms and applicable law.
We will not impose a subscription or recurring charge without the relevant purchase authorization.
The MyDub name, branding, software, interface, original graphics, and Developer-created assets are owned by the Developer or their respective rights holders.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial content creation.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its underlying technology.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your lawful original recordings, videos, or images to the Developer.
Open-source and third-party software components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
MyDub may store imported media copies, recordings, project information, voice settings, image selections, temporary files, and exported results on your device.
Project information and preferences may be stored through SharedPreferences or equivalent local storage mechanisms.
You are responsible for managing your files and maintaining appropriate backups.
Deleting a project, clearing App storage, or uninstalling the App may permanently remove App-private content.
Exported media, files shared with other applications, and device or cloud backups may remain after the App is removed.
We do not guarantee recovery of deleted, corrupted, or lost project files and do not provide a Developer-hosted backup service.
You control whether to export or share content created with MyDub.
When you share a file through another application, cloud storage service, or social media platform, the recipient's own terms and privacy practices apply.
We are not responsible for independent third-party platform decisions concerning uploads, copyright claims, moderation, monetization, or account restrictions, except where applicable law imposes responsibility on us.
References to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms do not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Certain updates may change supported formats, editing functions, performance, or compatibility.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting existing functionality.
We do not guarantee that all features will remain available indefinitely or operate identically on every device.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyDub is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.
We do not guarantee any particular creative, financial, commercial, or audience-related outcome from using the App.
Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability and legality of their content before publication.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from independent third-party services or unlawful user-generated content outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law imposes responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, law, security requirements, or business operations.
The updated Terms will indicate the applicable revision date.
Where legally required, we will provide advance notice or seek additional agreement before material changes take effect.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights already accrued under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country or region of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to access courts, regulatory authorities, or remedies available under applicable law.
We encourage users to contact us first to discuss service-related concerns or disputes.

Privacy Contact: corp.exciting@gmail.com
Corp. Exciting ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information associated with your use of MyDub ("App").
MyDub is a video dubbing, voice transformation, and media editing application.
The App is designed to perform its core editing functions locally on your device without requiring an account.
Your imported videos, recorded voiceovers, selected images, and exported media are processed on your device during ordinary editing operations.
We do not operate a Developer-hosted media processing service for these core functions.
MyDub's voice filters use audio signal processing. They are not designed for generative AI voice cloning, and the Developer does not use your locally processed media to train AI models.
However, advertising services, external sharing, and support communications may involve separate processing of information, as explained below.
MyDub may store the following information on your device to provide editing and project management functions.
(1) Video and Audio Files
Videos imported for editing.
Audio files imported into projects.
Voice recordings made within the App.
Processed audio and dubbing clips.
Edited and exported video files.
(2) Images and Project Assets
Selected opening and ending images.
Media references and imported asset copies.
Temporary previews and processing files.
Other project-related visual assets.
(3) Editing Information
Project names and identifiers.
Editing positions and timing information.
Audio volume and voice filter selections.
Video speed and aspect-ratio settings.
File locations, timestamps, and processing metadata.
(4) App Preferences
Language and appearance settings.
Saved editing preferences.
Other locally maintained configuration information.
Depending on the App version, this information may be stored in App-private directories, local files, SharedPreferences, or equivalent device storage mechanisms.
Local storage does not mean every file is maintained in a separately encrypted vault.
The Developer does not ordinarily receive copies of these files merely because you use the App.
MyDub requests access to device functions only when needed for supported operations.
Microphone Permission
The microphone is used when you choose to record a voiceover or dubbing audio.
You may deny or revoke microphone permission through your device settings. Recording functions will be unavailable without the necessary permission.
Video, Audio, and Image Selection
The App uses supported file-selection or media-selection interfaces to access files you choose.
Selecting a file does not, by itself, give the Developer general access to unrelated files on your device.
Camera or Photo Library Access
Where a supported feature requires camera or photo library access, the App uses the relevant operating system permissions or media picker.
You may manage available permissions through your device settings.
MyDub's core editing functions do not require precise GPS location or access to your contacts.
The App does not create voiceprints for biometric identification or authentication.
Locally stored media and project information are used to:
Import and organize selected media.
Record and process voiceovers.
Apply voice filters and sound effects.
Synchronize dubbing with video.
Apply video timing, trimming, and format adjustments.
Insert opening and ending images.
Preview, render, and export edited videos.
Preserve project settings and preferences.
Support normal App functionality.
The Developer does not use your imported videos, recorded voices, or selected images for independent advertising content, identity profiling, or AI model training.
Advertising-related processing is addressed separately in Section 5.
MyDub may display advertisements in App versions where advertising is enabled.
Advertising may be delivered through Google AdMob using the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Where configured, advertising mediation may involve third-party advertising networks, including:
Google AdMob
Meta Audience Network
AppLovin
Liftoff Monetize
OpenX
Not every listed provider is necessarily enabled in every App version or region. Actual data recipients depend on the SDKs, advertising configuration, and partners active in the distributed version.
Depending on permissions, device settings, geographic region, and consent choices, advertising providers may process:
Advertising identifiers, where available.
Device identifiers and technical information.
IP address and approximate location derived from it.
App and advertisement interaction data.
Ad impressions, clicks, and performance information.
Diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention information.
Such information may be used for:
Delivering and measuring advertisements.
Limiting repeated advertising.
Preventing advertising fraud and abuse.
Maintaining advertising services.
Providing personalized advertising where legally permitted.
Supporting non-personalized advertising and contextual delivery.
MyDub does not intentionally provide your imported media files or local voice recordings to advertising providers as advertising content.
Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily eliminate advertisements or all advertising-related processing.
Where legally required, the App must obtain appropriate consent or provide applicable privacy choices before relevant processing occurs.
Advertising providers may independently determine certain processing activities under their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Additional Google privacy information:
The App and its integrated third-party components may generate technical information necessary for functionality, security, error investigation, or service performance.
Where diagnostic or analytics SDKs are enabled in a distributed version, they may process information such as device model, operating system version, App version, error details, or technical usage events.
Such processing depends on the actual SDK configuration.
The Developer does not intentionally include the contents of your private recordings or imported videos in diagnostic reports.
Please note that some crash or error reports may contain technical file paths or other incidental diagnostic information.
Exporting and Sharing Media
When you export a video or audio file, the resulting file is saved to a location or shared with a recipient selected through the supported App or device workflow.
If you share media through another application, social media service, or cloud provider, that service may process the content under its own terms and privacy policy.
The Developer does not control how independent recipients subsequently use or retain content you voluntarily share.
Support Requests
If you contact corp.exciting@gmail.com, we may receive:
Your email address.
Your message and relevant correspondence.
Technical information you voluntarily provide.
Screenshots, recordings, or attachments you choose to send.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot reported problems, and address relevant legal or security concerns.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or private media unless necessary for your request.
External Links
Websites and social services opened from MyDub are subject to their own privacy practices.
Locally Stored Data
Project files, imported media copies, recordings, and settings may remain on your device until you delete them, remove the relevant project, clear App storage, or uninstall the App.
Temporary processing files may also be created during editing and export.
Some temporary files may remain until the App or operating system removes them.
Uninstalling the App ordinarily removes App-private files, subject to operating system behavior and applicable backup settings.
Exported files, copies held by other applications, and device or cloud backups may remain.
Support Information
Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, investigate technical issues, and comply with applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations.
Third-Party Advertising Data
Advertising providers apply their own retention and deletion policies to information they receive.
Deleting MyDub does not automatically delete information already processed independently by an advertising provider.
We cannot remotely retrieve or delete project files held exclusively on your device.
Depending on the relevant feature or service, information may be disclosed to:
Advertising providers involved in enabled advertising services.
Providers assisting with support communications.
Applications, platforms, or recipients you choose when sharing media.
Authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Parties involved in addressing legitimate legal claims or security incidents.
A lawful successor in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
These circumstances do not grant the Developer unrestricted access to your locally stored media.
We do not sell your private videos or voice recordings.
Certain advertising disclosures may constitute "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. Where these rules apply, we will provide legally required disclosures and choices.
MyDub's core editing operations are designed to take place on your device.
Your media files are not uploaded to Developer servers solely to perform ordinary dubbing, filtering, or video editing.
However, advertising-related information and support communications may be processed outside your country of residence.
Depending on the services and infrastructure involved, such processing may occur in the United States or other countries where relevant providers operate.
International processing may involve:
Advertising identifiers and device information.
IP addresses and advertising interaction data.
Technical or diagnostic information.
Support messages and voluntarily provided attachments.
The purposes may include advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, technical support, security, and service operation.
International transfers must rely on a lawful basis and applicable safeguards.
Where Korean law or other applicable law requires specific disclosures, the relevant recipient, destination country, information categories, timing and method of transfer, purpose, retention period, and available refusal procedures must be identified and communicated as required.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service is not blanket consent to international transfers or personalized advertising.
Where separate consent is required, it must be obtained through an appropriate mechanism.
You may:
Allow or deny microphone permission.
Control access to supported photos and files.
Delete locally stored project files and recordings.
Clear App storage through device settings.
Choose whether to export or share media.
Manage available advertising privacy preferences.
Withdraw consent where applicable.
Stop using or uninstall the App.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information handled by the Developer.
You may contact corp.exciting@gmail.com to submit a privacy request.
We may ask for reasonable information necessary to verify and process the request.
We will not require a voice recording or creation of an App account solely to submit a privacy request.
Where information is held only on your device or independently by another provider, we may be unable to access or delete it directly.
We will explain such limitations where applicable.
You may also contact or complain to the relevant data protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
These may include:
Operating system storage isolation.
Permission-based access to device functions.
Limited access to support communications.
Reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to information under our control.
No storage environment or electronic system is completely secure.
Unauthorized device access, malware, device compromise, external sharing, or insecure backups may expose locally stored files.
MyDub does not represent its local project storage as a dedicated encrypted media vault.
We will provide legally required notifications if a qualifying security incident affects information for which we are responsible.
MyDub is not directed to children under 13, or under 14 in the Republic of Korea. Higher minimum age requirements under local law apply where relevant.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com.
We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
An app store content rating does not replace legal obligations relating to children's privacy.
MyDub's built-in voice effects are intended to transform audio through signal processing.
The core voice editing features are not designed to generate a cloned identity of a specific individual.
The Developer does not use your locally processed video, audio, or image files to train generative AI models.
Advertising providers may use their own automated systems for advertising delivery, measurement, or fraud prevention, subject to their applicable policies and legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to App functionality, advertising partners, technology, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.
The most recent revision date will appear at the top of this document.
Material changes will receive appropriate notice where required.
If a change introduces processing that requires additional consent, we will obtain that consent before the relevant processing begins.
