Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Multi Split Pro (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description

Multi Split Pro is a multi-video playback and layout management application designed to help users view and control multiple videos simultaneously on a single screen.

The App provides:

Simultaneous playback of multiple videos in customizable layouts
Flexible split-screen layouts including 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12-panel configurations
Independent playback controls for each video panel including play, pause, mute, seek, and removal
Support for local video files stored on the user's device
Support for external video links including supported YouTube links
Dynamic playback optimization based on device performance
Dark mode optimized for media viewing
Full multilingual support including English, Español, 中文, 日本語, and 한국어
Local storage of app preferences and playback settings on the user's device
Offline functionality for local video playback features

What the App does NOT provide:

The App does NOT host, distribute, or store copyrighted video content
The App does NOT guarantee compatibility with all external video platforms or link formats
The App does NOT provide video downloading, ripping, or unauthorized content extraction features
The App does NOT guarantee uninterrupted playback performance on all devices
The App does NOT provide cloud storage or account synchronization services
The App does NOT provide legal advice regarding copyright or content ownership

Article 3. Content Disclaimer

All features, designs, visual elements, and content within Multi Split Pro are created exclusively by Corp. Exciting.

You acknowledge that:

Multi Split Pro is an independent video utility application and is NOT affiliated with YouTube, Google, Apple, or any third-party video platform
Users are solely responsible for the videos and external links they choose to access through the App
The Developer does not verify ownership, legality, or licensing status of user-accessed content
Playback availability of third-party content may change without notice depending on external platform policies
Users must comply with all applicable copyright laws and platform terms when using the App

Article 4. Data Storage & Privacy

(1) Local Data Storage

All app preferences, playback settings, layouts, and locally managed data are stored on your device only. The Developer does not collect or store this data on external servers.

(2) No Account Requirement

The App does not require account registration or login
The App does NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII)
The App does NOT collect or store viewing history on external servers

(3) Local Video Access

Video files selected by the user are accessed locally on the device solely for playback purposes. The Developer does not upload, store, or transmit local video files to external servers.

(4) External Video Links

When users access external video links, the content may be loaded directly from third-party platforms under those platforms' own systems and policies. The Developer does not control or store such content.

(5) Advertising & Device ID

The App may transmit your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) solely for the purpose of serving advertisements through third-party ad networks.

No local video files, playback activity, or personal media content is collected or shared for advertising purposes.

Third-party advertising networks
External video platforms accessed via user-provided links

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for their practices.

Article 6. Playback Performance & Compatibility

Playback quality and simultaneous video performance may vary depending on:

Device hardware capabilities
Operating system limitations
Available memory and processing power
Video resolution and codec compatibility
Network conditions for external video playback

The Developer makes no guarantee regarding:

Maximum simultaneous playback count on all devices
Compatibility with all video formats or external platforms
Continuous availability of third-party video services

Playback limits and optimization behavior may change in future updates based on device performance analysis and technical improvements.

Article 7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes
Comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
Ensure they have appropriate rights to access or use any video content
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or exploit the App
Not use the App to distribute unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content
Take responsibility for all external links and content accessed through the App

Article 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
The Developer is not liable for playback interruptions, compatibility issues, or third-party platform restrictions
The Developer is not liable for unavailable or removed external video content
The Developer is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from user-accessed content
The Developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted App availability or performance

Article 9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, visual elements, layouts, and features within the App are the property of Corp. Exciting.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the App is prohibited.

Users retain ownership of their own local media files and content.

Article 10. Service Changes

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

This includes:

Layout configurations
Playback limitations
External link support
UI features
Advertising systems

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The latest version will always be available within the App or on the Developer's website.

Article 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Multi Split Pro ("App") is a multi-video playback and split-screen media utility application developed by Corp. Exciting.

Multi Split Pro is designed with a privacy-focused architecture:

No account required
No personal data stored on developer servers
Local video playback and layout settings remain on-device only
No viewing history or playback activity is transmitted to external servers
No local media files are uploaded or stored by the Developer
The only external data transmission may include your device advertising ID for ad delivery
External video links are accessed directly through third-party platforms selected by the user

2. Data We Collect

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store:

❌ Local video files stored on your device
❌ Playback history on external servers
❌ Device identifiers such as IMEI or MAC address
❌ Personal media content

❌ User-generated layouts or playback preferences on external servers
❌ Any personal data beyond the advertising ID described in Section 2C

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

D. External Video Links

When users open supported external video links (including supported YouTube links):

The content is loaded directly from the external platform
Multi Split Pro does not store or host the content
Third-party platforms may apply their own privacy policies and data practices

The Developer does not control external platform data collection.

3. Local Video Access Policy

Multi Split Pro accesses local video files solely for playback functionality selected by the user.

The App:

Does NOT upload local video files
Does NOT scan your device beyond user-selected media access
Does NOT transmit personal videos to external servers
Does NOT analyze or profile video content

All playback processing occurs locally on your device.

4. How the App Works

Multi Split Pro operates primarily on-device for all core functionality:

Layout rendering is handled locally
Playback controls operate entirely on-device
Split-screen configurations are stored locally
No account or cloud synchronization is required

Internet access may be required only for:

Corp. Exciting is not responsible for third-party platform data handling practices.
