Article 1. Purpose These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Breaker ASMR (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description Breaker ASMR is a stress-relief destruction simulation app designed to provide satisfying, tactile object-smashing entertainment through tap-based gameplay.

The App provides:

• 500 levels of destructible objects across 10 progressive rounds

• Tap-based destruction with real-time visual effects, particle systems, and haptic feedback

• Combo system with escalating damage multipliers

• Local progress tracking including level, stats, and settings

• Fully offline gameplay with no account or login required

What the App does NOT provide:

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence or AI-generated content of any kind

• The App does NOT guarantee any therapeutic, medical, or psychological benefit

• The App does NOT represent or speak on behalf of any real-world object, brand, or entity depicted

Article 3. Content Disclaimer All destruction effects, level designs, and visual content are created exclusively by Corp. Exciting.

You acknowledge that:

• Breaker ASMR is a fictional entertainment experience and is not affiliated with any real-world brand, product, or manufacturer

• All objects depicted in the App are fictional game assets

• The App is NOT affiliated with Apple, Google, or any other platform or device manufacturer

• Users are solely responsible for their own use of and reactions to the App's content

Article 4. Data Storage & Privacy

Local Data Storage All user data — including level progress, statistics, combo records, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not collect, store, or transmit this data to any external server.

No Personal Data Collection

• The App does not require account registration or login

• The App does NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII)

• The App does NOT collect or transmit activity data, behavioral data, or usage history

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence services that process your data

Advertising & Device ID The App may transmit your device's advertising ID solely for the purpose of serving advertisements through third-party ad networks. This is the only data transmitted externally. No other personal, behavioral, or activity data is collected, stored, or shared for any purpose.

Data Usage Restrictions The Developer does NOT:

• Collect, store, or transmit any activity data or personal identification data beyond the advertising ID described above

• Sell or share user data with third parties for commercial profiling purposes

• Use gameplay data, session data, or behavioral patterns for any analytics or advertising profiling

• Store any user preferences or game history on external servers

Article 5. Third-Party Services The App may rely on third-party services including:

• External distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

• Third-party advertising networks (for ad delivery via device advertising ID only)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for their practices. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.

Article 6. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its content

• Understand that the App is an entertainment product and not a medical or therapeutic tool

Article 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

• The Developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the App

Article 8. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, visual effects, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.

Article 9. Service Changes The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features — including levels, effects, or gameplay mechanics — at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 10. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Article 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

1. Overview

Breaker ASMR ("App") is a stress-relief destruction simulation game developed by Corp. Exciting.

Breaker ASMR is built with a privacy-first architecture:

• No account required

• No AI services used

• No personal data stored on developer servers

• All game progress and settings remain on-device

• No activity data or user input is transmitted to external servers

• The only external data transmission is your device's advertising ID, used solely for ad delivery

2. Data We Collect

A. Data We DO NOT Collect

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following:

❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers ❌ Access to your device files, contacts, photos, or camera ❌ Exact location data (GPS) ❌ Device identifiers such as IMEI or MAC address ❌ Gameplay activity, session history, or behavioral patterns ❌ Combo records, level progress, or destruction stats on any external server ❌ Any data processed through artificial intelligence or machine learning services

C. Advertising ID

The App transmits your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) solely for the purpose of delivering advertisements through third-party ad networks. This is the only data transmitted externally. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization

3. How the App Works

Breaker ASMR operates entirely offline for its core gameplay:

• All 500 levels and object data are bundled locally within the app

• All destruction physics, visual effects, and combo calculations are performed on-device

• No internet connection is required to play

• No gameplay data, session data, or user behavior is transmitted to any server during normal app usage

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence of any kind

4. Third-Party Services

Breaker ASMR relies on the following third-party services:

Distribution Platforms

• Google Play Store (Android distribution)

• Apple App Store (iOS distribution)

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Corp. Exciting is not responsible for their data practices.

Advertising Networks The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may receive your device's advertising ID for the purpose of delivering ads. No other personal or behavioral data is shared with these networks by Corp. Exciting.

No third-party analytics SDKs, crash tracking tools beyond platform defaults, or behavioral tracking libraries are integrated into Breaker ASMR.

6. Security Measures

Breaker ASMR protects your data through:

• Secure app sandbox storage for all on-device data

• No server-side user database of any kind

• No persistent logging of user activity

• No network transmission of gameplay data

• No use of third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs

7. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data at all times:

✔ Delete all game data → Uninstall the app ✔ Reset progress & stats → Use the Reset All Progress button in Settings ✔ Opt out of personalized ads → Via your device's advertising settings ✔ Contact us → Request clarification or raise privacy concerns at any time

8. Protection of Children's Personal Information

Breaker ASMR is suitable for all ages and contains no age-restricted content. We do not collect personal data from any users, including children under the age of 13.

The App does not:

• Require account registration

• Request any personal information from users of any age

• Collect or store any identifying data from children

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at corp.exciting@gmail.com. When children use the App, parental guidance is recommended.

9. International Data Processing

Breaker ASMR does not transmit user data internationally or to any external servers operated by Corp. Exciting. All core app functionality is performed locally on your device.

The only external transmission — your advertising ID — is handled by third-party ad networks operating under their own international data policies. Corp. Exciting does not control or access this data once transmitted.

10. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory changes

• New features or gameplay additions

• Changes to third-party ad network integrations

• Improvements to local data handling

Updates will be communicated via:

• App Store or Google Play listing description

• In-app notice where applicable

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Breaker ASMR is a stress-relief entertainment application and does NOT:

• Use artificial intelligence or AI-generated content

• Provide guaranteed therapeutic, medical, or psychological benefits

• Collect, store, or transmit personal data beyond the advertising ID described in this policy

• Represent or speak on behalf of any real-world brand, object, or entity

Corp. Exciting is not responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on gameplay content

• The data practices of third-party advertising networks

• Platform-level data handling by Google Play or Apple App Store
