Article 1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Color World: Water Sort Puzzle ("App"), developed and provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Article 2. Service Description

Color World is a casual water sorting puzzle game featuring colorful liquid sorting, magical floating islands, and progressive puzzle challenges.

The App provides:

• 500 puzzle levels across 10 fantasy worlds.

• Color sorting gameplay involving glass bottles.

• World restoration and visual progression.

• Animations, background music, and sound effects.

• Puzzle assistance features, including limited undo functionality.

• Language and audio settings.

• Locally saved gameplay progress and preferences.

• In-game advertising.

The App is provided for personal entertainment and recreational purposes.

Color World does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Article 3. Gameplay and Progress

Players must complete each puzzle according to its rules and objectives.

The Developer may adjust puzzle difficulty, layouts, mechanics, and progression to improve gameplay quality.

Game progress and settings are stored primarily on the user's device.

The Developer does not guarantee recovery of lost progress following application removal, device replacement, data deletion, corruption, or operating system failure.

Device backup and restoration services may operate independently under the policies of the relevant platform provider.

Article 4. Advertising and Third-Party Data Processing

Color World contains advertisements delivered through Google AdMob and applicable third-party advertising partners.

Advertisements may appear as banners, interstitial advertisements, or other supported advertising formats.

To deliver, measure, maintain, and protect advertising services, the advertising SDK and its authorized partners collect and process certain information, including:

A. Approximate Location

IP addresses and related network information may be used to estimate a user's general geographic location, such as their country, region, or city.

The App does not require precise GPS location to provide its core gameplay.

B. App Interactions

Advertising services may collect information about app launches, taps, advertisement impressions, video views, and other interactions relevant to advertising delivery and measurement.

C. Diagnostic Information

Advertising services may collect app and SDK performance information, including app launch time, application hangs, performance indicators, and energy usage.

D. Device or Other Identifiers

Advertising services may process identifiers such as Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other identifiers supported by the device and advertising infrastructure.

These data categories may be collected and shared with Google and authorized advertising partners for advertising, advertising analytics, performance measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Data processing is subject to applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, user choices, and the privacy policies of the relevant providers.

The Developer does not guarantee the content, products, services, or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

Article 5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and for its intended purpose.

• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Developer.

• Refrain from exploiting security vulnerabilities or interfering with game functionality.

• Avoid unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the App.

• Refrain from manipulating advertising systems or engaging in advertising fraud.

Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 6. Intellectual Property

The App's software, code, graphics, illustrations, animations, music, interface, and protected content belong to Corp. Exciting or their respective licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Article 7. Service Availability and Updates

The Developer may update the App to improve functionality, performance, security, visual quality, or compatibility.

Updates may modify puzzle layouts, progression, features, advertising placements, or technical requirements.

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Certain features, particularly advertisements and external links, require network connectivity.

Article 8. Privacy and Data Storage

The App does not require account registration for core gameplay.

Gameplay progress and user preferences are primarily stored locally.

However, because the App contains advertising SDKs, certain data is collected and shared with advertising providers, including approximate location derived from IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers.

These practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that deleting locally stored gameplay data does not necessarily delete data independently processed by advertising or platform providers.

Article 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

The Developer does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted gameplay.

• Error-free puzzle functionality.

• Compatibility with every device.

• Permanent availability of every feature.

• Recovery of deleted local progress.

• The accuracy or reliability of third-party advertisements.

Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer protections remain unaffected.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected claims.

Article 11. Children's Use

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of the App.

Advertising-related data processing for children or users below the applicable age of consent is subject to relevant legal and platform requirements.

The App does not require children to register an account or submit personal contact information to play.

Article 12. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may revise these Terms to reflect feature updates, changes in advertising services, legal requirements, or operational improvements.

The updated date will be displayed at the beginning of this document.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Article 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user's country of residence.

Disputes will be resolved according to applicable jurisdictional rules.

Operating system backups may retain copies independently.

The Developer does not determine every retention period applied by third-party providers.

Uninstalling Color World removes its local application data under normal operating system behavior but does not automatically erase data previously processed and retained by external advertising services.
