Article 1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of K-Keycap (“App”), provided by Corp. Exciting (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Article 2. Service Description

K-Keycap is an interactive keycap tapping and keyboard ASMR app designed for entertainment, relaxation, and customization.

The App may provide:

• Interactive keycap tapping with visual press animations

• Mechanical keyboard-inspired sounds

• Haptic or vibration feedback

• Collectible Korean-inspired artisan keycap designs

• Keycap unlocking and progress features

• Custom keycap creation using available colors, legends, shapes, materials, and sounds

• Configurable keycap board layouts

• Theme, language, sound, vibration, visual-effect, and data controls

• Local storage of settings, custom keycaps, collections, and tap progress

K-Keycap is a digital entertainment app. It does not:

• Function as a system keyboard or replace your device keyboard

• Control a physical mechanical keyboard

• Manufacture or sell physical keycaps

• Guarantee therapeutic, medical, or stress-relief results

• Give collected keycaps, milestones, or tap counts any monetary value

Article 3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable in your country or region.

The App is not directed to children under 13. If the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction is higher, that higher age requirement applies.

Article 4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it

• Bypass, manipulate, or interfere with unlock conditions, progress systems, advertising, security, or technical restrictions

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate tap counts or App functionality

• Use the App in a way that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the App, another user, or any third-party service

Article 5. Custom Keycaps and User Responsibility

The App may allow you to create custom keycaps using text, symbols, colors, and design options.

You are responsible for the content you enter or create. You must not create content that:

• Violates applicable law

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights

• Contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative material

• Impersonates another person or falsely suggests affiliation with a person or organization

Custom keycap data is intended to remain locally on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

The Developer does not claim ownership of text or creative selections entered by you. However, the underlying App, templates, graphics, interface, keycap assets, and design system remain the Developer’s intellectual property.

Article 6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.

You acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are provided under the advertising provider’s own terms and privacy policies

• Advertising providers may process device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location information

• The Developer does not fully control the availability, accuracy, suitability, or content of third-party advertisements

• Ad availability and personalization may vary based on your device settings, consent choices, age, and region

• Interaction with an advertisement or external website is at your discretion and subject to that third party’s terms

Article 7. Privacy and Local Data

Your use of the App is also governed by the K-Keycap Privacy Policy.

App settings, tap counts, keycap progress, custom keycaps, and related preferences are generally stored locally on your device.

Third-party services, such as advertising providers or app-distribution platforms, may independently process certain device or usage information according to their own policies.

Article 8. Intellectual Property

Except for content owned by third parties or entered by users, all rights in the App belong to Corp. Exciting or its licensors, including:

• Source code and software

• App name, branding, and icons

• Interface and visual design

• Keycap artwork and collectible designs

• Sound arrangement and interaction design

• Text, graphics, animations, and other App content

Korean cultural, historical, architectural, artistic, food, animal, and landmark themes featured in the App are creative interpretations. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by any museum, government agency, cultural institution, or trademark owner.

Article 9. App Operation and Device Compatibility

App behavior may vary depending on your device, operating system, audio hardware, vibration motor, accessibility settings, power-saving settings, and volume configuration.

The Developer does not guarantee that:

• Every sound or vibration will behave identically on every device

• The App will always operate without delay, interruption, or error

• All features or keycap designs will remain available permanently

• Locally stored data will survive device failure, operating-system changes, app deletion, or backup failure

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and configuring its sound and vibration settings appropriately.

Article 10. Updates and Service Changes

The Developer may add, modify, replace, suspend, or remove App features, keycap designs, sounds, unlock requirements, languages, or technical support when reasonably necessary.

Updates may be required to continue using some or all features.

The Developer may discontinue the App or any feature where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Article 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Developer makes no warranty that:

• The App will meet every user’s expectations

• Operation will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Sounds, animations, haptics, or visual effects will be identical across devices

• Using the App will produce any medical, therapeutic, productivity, concentration, or stress-relief benefit

• Errors or data loss can always be prevented or corrected

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Article 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corp. Exciting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the App

• Loss of locally stored settings, collections, custom keycaps, or tap progress

• Device incompatibility or hardware limitations

• Third-party advertisements, services, websites, or content

• Unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Article 13. Suspension and Termination

The Developer may restrict or terminate access to the App where a user materially violates these Terms, abuses App functionality, interferes with technical systems, or uses the App unlawfully.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Article 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• App features or operation

• Applicable laws or regulatory requirements

• Third-party services

• Security or business practices

The updated version and effective date will be made available through the App, its official store listing, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Article 15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections available in your country or region.

Article 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how K-Keycap (“App”), provided by Corp. Exciting (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the App.

K-Keycap is a keycap tapping, keyboard ASMR, customization, and collection app.

The App is designed to keep core gameplay and customization data locally on your device. However, third-party advertising or app-distribution services may independently collect or process certain device and usage information.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally:

• Total tap count and milestone progress

• Unlocked and selected keycaps

• Custom keycap names, legends, colors, shapes, materials, and sound selections

• Selected board layout

• Selected language and theme

• Sound and vibration settings

• Animation, glow, and particle-effect settings

• Onboarding and feature-state information

• Other preferences required to restore your App experience

This information is used to:

• Save your progress and collection

• Restore your selected keycap and board

• Remember your customization choices

• Apply your preferred sounds, vibrations, language, and appearance

• Operate the App’s core functionality

This local data is not uploaded to a Corp. Exciting user-account database.

3. Information the App Does Not Directly Request

K-Keycap does not require an account or login.

The App does not directly request access to or intentionally collect:

• Your name, postal address, or phone number

• Contacts

• Precise GPS location

• Photos, videos, or personal files

• Microphone recordings

• Camera data

• Messages or call history

• Financial or payment information

• Health information

• Biometric information

K-Keycap plays bundled keyboard sounds. It does not use the microphone to listen to or record you.

4. Sound and Haptic Functionality

The App uses your device’s speaker or connected audio output to play keycap and mechanical keyboard-inspired sounds.

The App may use your device’s vibration or haptic functionality to provide tactile feedback.

These functions do not require the Developer to receive microphone recordings, audio content, or motion-sensor readings.

Sound volume, vibration strength, and related effects can be controlled through the App or your device settings.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Data Processing

The App may use Google AdMob or another advertising provider to display advertisements.

Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, region, and the advertising configuration, an advertising SDK may process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location

• Advertising ID, app-set ID, or similar resettable identifiers

• Device type, operating system, language, and App version

• App launches and interactions with advertisements

• Advertising impressions, taps, and video views

• Diagnostic information, including performance, errors, and crash-related data

• Information used for advertising measurement, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention

This information may be collected directly by the advertising provider rather than stored by Corp. Exciting.

Advertising providers may use information to:

• Deliver contextual or personalized advertisements, where legally permitted

• Measure advertising performance

• Limit repeated advertisements

• Detect invalid traffic, abuse, or fraud

• Maintain and improve their services

Where required by law, the App or advertising provider may request consent before using data for personalized advertising.

You may limit advertising personalization through your device privacy or advertising settings. Available controls vary by operating system and region.

6. App Stores and Operating-System Providers

When you download, update, or use the App, Google Play, Apple App Store, your operating-system provider, or your device manufacturer may independently process information under their own privacy policies.

This may include:

• App installation and update information

• Device and account identifiers

• Store interactions

• Technical and diagnostic information

• Security and fraud-prevention data

Corp. Exciting does not control the independent data practices of these platforms.

7. Support Communications

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we may receive:

• Your email address

• The content of your message

• Any files or diagnostic information you choose to provide

• Information required to respond to your request

We use this information only to:

• Respond to your inquiry

• Provide technical or customer support

• Investigate reported problems

• Protect the App and enforce applicable terms

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

8. Data Sharing

Corp. Exciting does not sell your locally stored keycap data, tap history, custom keycaps, or App preferences.

Information may be processed or disclosed only where applicable:

• By advertising or platform providers under their own policies

• By service providers necessary to operate, secure, or distribute the App

• When required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request

• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Developer, or others

• As part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored App data remains on your device until:

• You use an available reset or deletion function

• You clear the App’s storage through device settings

• You uninstall the App

Your operating system or backup service may retain or restore some App data according to your backup settings. The Developer does not control device-level or cloud-backup behavior.

Data processed by advertising, store, or platform providers is retained according to their respective policies.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App’s design, including local app-sandbox storage for core App data.

Third-party SDK communications are generally protected in transit using industry-standard encryption such as Transport Layer Security where supported by the provider.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials.

11. Children’s Privacy

K-Keycap is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. Third-party advertising providers may apply age-appropriate or restricted data practices where required by law or platform policy.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Corp. Exciting, contact us at support@corp-exciting.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

12. International Data Processing

Corp. Exciting is based in the Republic of Korea.

Third-party advertising, store, infrastructure, or support providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and countries where their servers or service providers operate.

Such processing is governed by the provider’s privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.

13. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

You can control K-Keycap data by:

• Using reset or deletion options provided in Settings

• Clearing the App’s local storage

• Uninstalling the App

• Adjusting advertising personalization through device settings

• Withdrawing advertising consent where an applicable consent interface is available

• Contacting us at support@corp-exciting.com

Because core App data is stored locally without an account, Corp. Exciting generally cannot identify or remotely retrieve that data for you.

Requests concerning data held directly by an advertising or app-store provider may need to be submitted to that provider.

14. California Privacy Notice

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or related law applies, California residents may have rights to know about, access, correct, or delete certain personal information and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising activities.

Corp. Exciting does not sell locally stored App data.

Advertising providers may process identifiers or advertising information under their own policies. You may use device advertising controls or any consent and privacy controls made available in the App.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

15. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, third-party advertising processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or another lawful basis specified by the relevant provider.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through the available consent or device controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

• App functionality

• Third-party SDKs or advertising practices

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Security and operational practices

The updated version and effective date will be posted in the App, its official store listing, or another appropriate location.
