Article 1. Purpose These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Subver ("App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description Subver is a personal subscription management app designed to help users track, organize, and manage their recurring subscriptions and billing dates in one place. The App provides: Subscription tracking and management tools Billing date reminders and push notifications Monthly and annual spending summaries Direct links to third-party cancellation pages Free trial countdowns and shared plan cost splitting Popular service presets for quick subscription entry

What the App Does NOT Provide The App does NOT: Process payments or handle financial transactions on behalf of users Cancel subscriptions or contact third-party services on behalf of users Access bank accounts, credit cards, or payment platforms Provide financial, legal, or accounting advice

Article 3. Subscription Data & Content Disclaimer The App manages subscription information based entirely on user-submitted data. You acknowledge that: All subscription data, billing dates, and amounts are entered manually by the user The App is NOT affiliated with any subscription services, platforms, or brands displayed within the App The App does NOT control, modify, or influence third-party subscription services The App does NOT guarantee the accuracy of third-party cancellation page links, as these may change without notice The App is intended to assist users in organizing and monitoring their own subscriptions. Users are solely responsible for verifying their subscription details and acting on reminders.

Article 4. Notification & Reminder Limitations The App uses local push notifications to deliver billing reminders. You acknowledge that: Reminder timing may vary depending on device settings, battery optimization, and operating system behavior The Developer does not guarantee the precise delivery time of notifications Users should not rely solely on App notifications for critical financial decisions The Developer is not responsible for missed payments resulting from delayed or undelivered notifications

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

1. Local Data Storage All user data including subscriptions, billing dates, notes, settings, and preferences is stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not store personal user data on external servers.

2. No External Data Transmission Subver does not transmit subscription data, personal information, or usage data to any server or third party. All app functionality operates entirely on-device.

3. No Personal Identification The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) The Developer does not have the ability to identify users as individuals No account, login, or registration is required to use the App

4. Data Usage Restrictions The Developer does NOT: Sell or share personal data Use user data for advertising or profiling Store user data on external servers

Article 6. Third-Party Services The App may display links to third-party subscription cancellation pages and service websites. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

Article 7. User Responsibilities Users agree to: Enter accurate and lawful subscription information Not use the App for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App Use their own judgment when acting on App data or reminders Verify subscription details directly with the relevant service providers

Article 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind The Developer is not responsible for financial outcomes resulting from missed payments, inaccurate data, or notification failures The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Article 9. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

Article 10. Service Changes The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Subver is built with a privacy-first architecture: No account required No personal data stored on developer servers All user data remains on-device No data transmission of any kind

2. Data We Collect

A. Data We DO NOT Collect Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following on its servers: ❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers ❌ Subscription details, billing amounts, or payment information ❌ Bank account or credit card information ❌ Contacts, photos, or device personal files ❌ Exact location data (GPS) ❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address) ❌ Any usage data or analytics

B. Data Stored Locally (On-Device Only) Subver stores the following only on your device:

✔ Stored in secure app sandbox (SharedPreferences / local storage) ✔ Not accessible by the Developer ✔ Permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled

3. Data Transmission Subver does NOT transmit any data externally. ✔ No subscription data is sent to any server ✔ No personal information is processed externally ✔ No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are used ✔ All app functionality operates entirely on your device

4. Push Notifications Subver uses local push notifications to deliver billing reminders. Notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely on-device No notification content is transmitted to external servers Notification permissions can be managed in your device settings at any time

5. Third-Party Services Subver may display links to third-party subscription service websites and cancellation pages. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Corp. Exciting is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party services.

6. Data Retention

👉 Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data permanently

7. Security Measures Subver uses: Secure app sandbox storage (SharedPreferences) Obfuscated local storage keys No server-side user database No external data transmission of any kind

8. Your Rights & Control You can: ✔ Delete all data → uninstall the app or delete subscriptions manually ✔ Disable notifications → manage in device settings ✔ Reset preferences → via in-app settings ✔ Contact us → request clarification anytime

9. Children's Privacy Subver is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. International Data Processing Subver does not transmit or process any user data internationally. All data remains stored locally on your device at all times.

11. Privacy Policy Updates We may update this policy to reflect: Legal changes Feature updates Service improvements

Corp. Exciting is not responsible for: Missed payments resulting from delayed or undelivered notifications Inaccurate subscription data entered by the user Third-party service behavior or availability
