These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quick Note ("Quick Note," "the App," "we," "our," or "us"), provided by Corp. Exciting.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Quick Note, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Quick Note

Quick Note is a local-first note-taking application designed to help users create, edit, organize, and review personal notes.

Depending on the version and device, Quick Note may provide features including:

Text notes
Multiple text blocks
Photo attachments
Drawing and sketch tools
Drawing editing
Photo and drawing captions
Custom tags
Tag-based search
Note pinning
Note statistics
Word and character counts
Frequently used word statistics
Tag usage statistics
Media counts
English and Korean interface options

Quick Note is intended as a general productivity and note-taking tool.

2. No Account Required

Quick Note does not require you to create an account, username, password, or user profile to use its core note-taking features.

Because no Quick Note account is required, we generally cannot identify, recover, synchronize, or remotely restore your locally stored notes.

3. Local Storage

Quick Note is designed primarily around local device storage.

Your notes and related information may include:

Note titles
Written text
Tags
Drawings
Drawing data
Photos added to notes
Captions
Pin status
Creation and modification dates
App preferences

This information is generally stored within the App's local storage or application-specific storage on your device.

Quick Note does not provide a guarantee of cloud backup, cloud synchronization, or remote recovery unless such a feature is explicitly introduced and disclosed in a future version.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes, text, photos, drawings, tags, and other content you create or add to Quick Note.

You are responsible for the content you store in the App.

You should not use Quick Note to store or distribute content that:

Violates applicable law
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Contains unlawful material
Is intended to harm another person
Is used in connection with fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

Quick Note does not claim ownership of your personal note content.

5. Editing and Deleting Notes

You may create, modify, pin, unpin, or delete notes using available App features.

When a note is deleted, the App will attempt to remove the associated locally stored note information.

Certain files, cached data, operating-system backups, or device-level copies may remain temporarily depending on the operating system, storage system, or backup settings controlled by your device provider.

Corp. Exciting does not control operating-system-level backups.

6. Photos and Camera

Quick Note may allow you to:

Select photos from your device
Capture a new photo using your camera
Store photos as part of a note
Replace or remove photos from a note

Quick Note will request access to your camera or photo library only when required by the relevant feature and platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any image you add to the App.

7. Drawing Feature

Quick Note may provide a drawing or sketching feature.

Drawings and related drawing data may be stored locally so that drawings can be displayed or edited later.

The drawing feature is intended for general note-taking, sketches, diagrams, reminders, and similar personal productivity purposes.

8. Tags and Note Statistics

Quick Note may analyze locally stored note information to provide features such as:

Word counts
Character counts
Frequently used words
Tag frequency
Total note counts
Media counts

These features are intended to help organize and understand your note library.

Statistical results may be based on simplified text-processing rules and should not be considered exact linguistic analysis.

9. Accuracy and Reliability

Quick Note is provided as a productivity tool.

We do not guarantee that:

Notes will never be lost or corrupted
Statistics will always be perfectly accurate
Every device will behave identically
All features will remain available indefinitely
The App will always operate without interruption or errors

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of information that is particularly important to you.

10. Advertisements

Quick Note may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google advertising services.

Advertisements are separate from your notes and do not influence the content of your notes.

Third-party advertising providers may process certain device, advertising, diagnostic, or interaction information according to their own policies.

Quick Note does not send the contents of your private notes to advertisers for advertising purposes.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Quick Note may contain links to external websites or use third-party services such as:

Advertising providers
App stores
Operating-system services
External support or social media links

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law
Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
Interfere with normal App operation
Use automated systems to abuse the App or related services
Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of Quick Note
Use the App in connection with unlawful activity

13. Intellectual Property

Quick Note, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, graphics, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Corp. Exciting unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Quick Note or its intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14. App Updates

We may update Quick Note to:

Add or remove features
Improve performance
Fix bugs
Improve security
Change the interface
Support new operating-system versions
Comply with legal or platform requirements

Some features may change or become unavailable after an update.

15. No Professional Advice

Quick Note is a general note-taking and productivity application.

It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

Any information that you personally store in Quick Note remains your responsibility.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Note is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties that the App will:

Be uninterrupted
Be error-free
Meet every user's requirements
Prevent all data loss
Be compatible with every device
Remain available permanently

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corp. Exciting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quick Note.

This includes, without limitation:

Loss of notes
Loss of photos or drawings
Data corruption
Loss of productivity
Device failure
Inability to access locally stored information

You are responsible for determining whether Quick Note is appropriate for storing information that is important or sensitive.

18. Termination

You may stop using Quick Note at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may discontinue or modify Quick Note if necessary for technical, business, legal, security, or platform-related reasons.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may update the "Last Updated" date or provide notice through the App, store listing, website, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of Quick Note after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

Corp. Exciting ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Quick Note ("Quick Note" or "the App").

Quick Note is designed as a local-first note-taking application. The contents of your notes are generally stored on your device and are not uploaded to a Corp. Exciting note-storage server.

1. Information You Create in Quick Note

When using Quick Note, you may create or add:

Note titles
Written note content
Tags
Photos
Drawings and sketches
Drawing data
Photo or drawing captions
Pinned-note preferences
Creation and modification timestamps

This content is used to provide the App's note-taking functionality.

Local Processing

Quick Note may process this information locally to provide features such as:

Note editing
Tag search
Word counts
Character counts
Frequently used word statistics
Tag statistics
Note counts
Media counts
Note sorting and pinning

These operations are designed to occur locally on your device.

We do not send your private note text to our servers for AI analysis or note generation.

2. Local Storage

Quick Note stores core note data locally on your device using application-specific storage.

Locally stored information may remain on your device until:

You delete an individual note
You remove associated media
You clear the App's storage through your operating system
You uninstall the App

Your operating system, device manufacturer, or backup provider may separately back up application data depending on your device settings.

Such platform-level backups are controlled by the relevant platform provider, not Corp. Exciting.

3. No Account Required

Quick Note does not require an account for its core functionality.

We do not require you to provide:

Your name
Your home address
Your phone number
A Quick Note username
A Quick Note password

Because Quick Note does not maintain a user account for your notes, we generally cannot remotely retrieve or restore locally deleted notes.

4. Photos and Photo Library Access

Quick Note may request access to photos or media when you choose to attach an image to a note.

This access is used to allow you to select content for inclusion in your note.

Quick Note does not automatically upload your personal photos to Corp. Exciting servers.

Photos selected for notes may be copied into application-specific local storage so they remain available inside the App.

5. Camera Access

If you choose to take a photo directly from Quick Note, the App may request camera permission.

Camera access is used only when you activate a camera-related feature.

Quick Note does not continuously access your camera in the background.

6. Drawing Data

When you create a drawing, Quick Note may save:

A local preview image
Drawing stroke information
Drawing color or line information
Associated captions

This information is stored locally for displaying and, where supported, editing the drawing later.

7. Language and App Preferences

Quick Note may store preferences such as:

Selected interface language
App settings
UI preferences

These preferences are generally stored locally on your device.

8. Advertising

Quick Note may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.

Advertising providers may process information independently for purposes such as:

Delivering advertisements
Measuring ad performance
Preventing fraud or abuse
Limiting repeated advertisements
Providing contextual or personalized advertisements where legally permitted
Producing aggregated advertising reports

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising provider, this may include information such as:

Advertising identifiers
Device information
IP address
App interaction information
Advertising interaction information
Diagnostic or performance information
Approximate location inferred from technical information such as IP address

The exact information processed by an advertising provider is governed by that provider's privacy practices and your platform privacy settings.

Quick Note does not provide the text of your notes, your drawings, or your attached note photos to advertisers for advertising targeting.

Where required, advertising consent or personalization choices may be presented through Google, the operating system, or another consent mechanism.

9. Advertising Identifier and Device Settings

Your device may provide advertising controls that allow you to:

Reset an advertising identifier
Limit ad personalization
Control tracking permissions
Change privacy or consent preferences

Availability of these controls depends on your device and operating system.

10. Information Available to Corp. Exciting

Because Quick Note primarily stores notes locally, Corp. Exciting does not operate a cloud database containing the contents of your Quick Note library.

We may receive limited aggregated or technical information through third-party services, app stores, advertising platforms, or crash/diagnostic systems if such services are included in the App.

Such information may include:

App version
Device or operating-system information
General performance information
Advertising statistics
Install or usage-related aggregate metrics
Crash or error information

This information may be used to maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Quick Note.

11. What We Do Not Intentionally Collect From Your Notes

Quick Note is not designed to send the following personal note content to Corp. Exciting:

The text you write in notes
Your private tags
Your personal drawings
Photos attached to your notes
Captions attached to your media

These items remain locally stored unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

If a future version introduces cloud synchronization, backup, account services, or other remote processing, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

12. Data Sharing

We do not sell the contents of your Quick Note notes.

We may allow information to be processed by third parties where necessary to operate parts of the App, including:

Advertising providers
App distribution platforms
Operating-system providers
Technical service providers

These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental request.

Quick Note may include links to external websites or services, including:

Support pages
Social media
Policy pages
App store pages
Developer websites

Once you leave Quick Note, the privacy practices of the external service apply.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

14. Data Retention

Note Content

Locally stored notes generally remain on your device until you delete them, clear application data, or uninstall the App.

Deleted Media

Quick Note attempts to remove locally managed media files that are no longer associated with a note when appropriate.

Operating systems may temporarily retain cached, backed-up, or recoverable copies outside the App's direct control.

Third-Party Data

Advertising and platform providers may retain information according to their own retention policies.

15. Data Security

Quick Note relies primarily on application-specific device storage and operating-system protections to protect locally stored information.

However, no electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

The security of locally stored notes may also depend on:

Your device security
Screen lock settings
Operating-system security
Backups
Malware or unauthorized device access

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security on your device.

16. Sensitive Information

Quick Note is a general-purpose note-taking application.

You may choose what information to enter, but you should carefully consider whether it is appropriate to store highly sensitive information on your device.

Quick Note is not intended to function as:

A password manager
Secure encrypted medical-record storage
Banking credential storage
Government identification storage
A legally certified document vault

17. Children's Privacy

Quick Note is a general productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

Corp. Exciting does not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to us through a Quick Note account because no such account is required for the core note-taking service.

Third-party services such as advertising providers may have separate age-related requirements and protections.

18. International Users

Quick Note may be available in multiple countries.

Third-party service providers, including advertising or app-platform providers, may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Such processing is subject to the third party's privacy policy and applicable law.
